It's great to hear your perspectives on renovation in Italy. We've actually had a lot of fun and had fantastic results with renovations in both Calabria and Puglia, both for ourselves and for our clients. We've been fortunate to have excellent renovation teams to work with. You must have patience with project delays, but the end results have always been worth it for us.
This is very good Rino and will help many. You are a very good representative of how things work in Italy. Good luck on your own renovation. Keep us posted when you do your videos. I would love to see your project. I have been doing historic home renovation in the states for 30 years. Very different process but I love doing renovation. My little flat in San Martino doesn't need much. So I can live vicariously through your project. See you in April. Gina in Upstate New York moving to Europe in 2025
Nice video again, still looking forward to move to Abruzzo….. but will be needing some more help, want to find out more about renovating myself. I can do the most work myself, but can not find the rules very clearly
Hi! Exciting! Basically you can do everything except structural stuff, also for the electrics, the system needs to be certified and no electrician will certify it if they didn't work on it...

I guess it's a "yes" for us 😅 We'll see how this all goes! 🎉. Enjoyed the video, Rino!
