6:11, there is about a Grime Line, a color change and improvement to one side and the near black to the right. We have become used to good equipment, knowledge, skill and determination removing just about anything. This place has some spots about fighting-back. With colder weather, admired you put some hypo down where you'd cleaned. It would have more time to work. I am worrying that the patio looks to be India Sandstone but has some extreme Black Spot damage. As you worked on the stairs, the red brick brightening was a nice relief and blasting weeds out of cracks was another blow at reversing deterioration. The brick walls really brightened things. I think this was a good place to have worked on Restoration. You made some serious progress.

String Trimmer, leaf Blower it off then Pressure Wash, followed with grass and weed killer spray (Soil Treatment) then sand.

Should always use the Turbo Nozzle on most things on the ground, wouldn't you say?

Now they need the roof cleaned to match the awesome job you did.

I have seen other videos where they use the hose and a blower at the same time to get the water to a drain. The whole process wears you out I’m sure so that might help.

I was shocked with how those wooden chairs turned out. The stairs and walls are always my favorites. I used to clean pools and would never film that - too much scrutiny.

Why would anyone let their patio get into such a mess? Its nice block paving and they haven't looked after it. What a transformation after the clean.
