Oh, guys BRAVO on such a good job!! I'm an artist and love the idea of the color added to really make the yard come POP !! The school and community are better off for your attention to this detail as I'm sure the kids love it, too! My hats off to you!
What a beautiful thing to do. It looks so beautiful. I wish your business all the success in the world because people who are as loving and compassionate as you deserve it.
Dont blame yall for only doing partial amount, was alot to do there. Pulling them bushes off of it on side rather than just pushing more dirt on it and cleanibg the wood getting moss of the other things probably take another days worth, atleast its presentable, nice job. More than many people would do.
Spades: sharper and flatter and intended to be used for precise hole digging or cutting through compacted soil Shovel: more concave with a deep bowl more designed for shallow holes and moving/spreading dirt/soil/etc. So one is for transporting and digging shallow holes and the other is intended for harder dirt and digging deeper holes. Both are tools for digging holes but they each have their different purposes. Odds are you'd use a spade to break up the dirt for a large deep hole then use a shovel to hoist the dirt out of the hole.
A shovel was created by a farmer. It is the same width & depth as a barn gutter. Put the tool in, and shove. A spade is a tool for digging. The word “spade”, actually means “to dig”. The obvious difference is see. In the blade end; flat & pointed.
Call a spade a spade. It looks like one from playing cards. The pointy part is good for making deep. A shovel is like what you used here, flat front and good for scooping and shove-eling stuff.
Did you know you can get a big barrel brush attachment for a petrol strimmer? It makes mincemeat of moss removal and sweeping up. Not cheap at £250-£300 but they really do save time and your back. Loving this makeover cleaning. ❤❤
Yes I have seen them, but for a single job not worth the investment (also the job was unpaid!) but in the future if I find myself doing more like this then I might invest

Thank you!
Beautiful transformation.. well done boys
Oh, guys BRAVO on such a good job!! I'm an artist and love the idea of the color added to really make the yard come POP !! The school and community are better off for your attention to this detail as I'm sure the kids love it, too! My hats off to you!
Oh wow that was a job and a half bet you were glad of the extra help, what a transformation well done 👍
Would have been game over without the help for sure!
As they say, team work makes the dream work.
Spades: sharper and flatter and intended to be used for precise hole digging or cutting through compacted soil
Shovel: more concave with a deep bowl more designed for shallow holes and moving/spreading dirt/soil/etc.
That’s so interesting!
Bless you for all the shoveling you did. But you need a brush attachment for a strimmer. Save the back 😊😊
In hindsight that would have been a much better idea 😅
That was awesome! You two can be so proud of what you achieved there. Is there a part two intended? You two worked so well together. Maybe a second part where you tackle those wooden play structures and get rid of all this greenish algae? And I really hope you get well after that rain shower 🚿
It’s all being ripped out and replaced with new it was condemned so can’t be kept unfortunately but we will deffo get Szilard in to help again in the future!
Thank you! That's very kind of you to say! Teamwork makes the dream work. Can't wait for Ryan to ring me for the next great cause.
I love these videos, seeing playgrounds ect come back to life for the community ❤
Yay, its up! I've been awaiting 🙌🏼
Enjoy!
