- Welcome back to another free clean Friday guys! Today we have Edna who is actually friends with Peter and Jean from an episode a few weeks ago she called me after seeing their patio and asked me to quote for hers. Well I couldn't let her pay for it so we sorted out her slippery and dangerous outside spaces completely free of charge!
I spoke to Edna during the clean and she confirmed that this patio was actually 50 years old and that she had it installed after her and her husband bought the place 55 years ago.

This was a beautiful choice, a beloved yard, an elder and now they have both safety and renewed beauty. Thank you. It is nice that seeing some of your earlier work gave a person renewed hope for possible improvement. 6:28, the brightening of the paint job really perked-up the area. At 7:39, a dark corner literally went from dark to light. As you are cleaning and bringing up interesting design choices and colors, I'm enjoying Edna's garden. Thank you that we all got to enjoy it. Ah just got a glimpse of the Saucer Magnolia that had all the petals. Never have seen a big one. This was a lovely Renewal.

It's been a while since I've watched any pressure washing videos. I was disheartened when we couldn't find an insurer that would cover pressure washing. So, yeah, I stopped watching for a long time, I didn't want to be reminded. I can't get a job per my doctors' orders, so car detailing and anything outside the house, I can do. it doesn't really bring in what we need, but it's something.

Hubby and I tried killing a couple of small trees in our backyard. We bored holes, pretty big ones too! About the size of a quarter or a little bigger... 3 in each stump. poured straight SH into the holes until the 4-6 inch holes were brimming full, these were trash trees by the way. Well, thinking we had certainly killed the tree stumps, NOPE! they grew huge leaves and bushed out even worse than before, not even a week later! we didn't kill them, we fed them apparently! lol so yeah, SH doesn't kill tree stumps..but a bow saw does ;). didn't have a saw before we did the SH, we do now though!
Haha great story! Yeh SH isn’t as damaging as people think in some cases although I wouldn’t play around with it regardless 😂

Yeh my xjet has a water flow adjuster in it that allows me to hit fences without adjusting the pressure on the machine

The drainage wasn’t great so it wasn’t as satisfying as you have hoped. A lot of waiting for water to naturally drain away through the grass etc

What is the gpm rating of your pump? Seems somewhat low. Your surface cleaner is tiny. Might as well just use your wand with the turbo nozzle with a surface cleaner that small.
It’s a 18LpM. It’s a mini surface cleaner, so rather than set up the larger one I use the smaller one which I get more pressure out of its around 3x quicker than the turbo on flat surfaces
