That is possibly the dirtiest/grimiest most lichen infested patio/driveway i have ever seen. I am so jealous. I would've loved to have cleaned that. Extremely satisfying! Also Ryan, i am not sure what else you can do in order to ensure your viewers understand the reasons for not removing the remaining pots! I despair sometimes...🙄. Keep up the good work.
The home and yard look attractive. The paving may have fallen behind but it should be very cheering to have it put back in order. Thank you to you and your friend for the skills and work. Enjoying the color changes. What a gorgeous shift showing at 9:57. You put a sparkle back into the paving on this property and left shining windows. Very nice. Glad you will continue to work on the Black Spot, White Lichen and get it gone. You two made a great difference.
I appreciate what you’re saying, I could have mowed their lawn and aload of other stuff too but I have to draw a line with the free cleans otherwise I’d go bankrupt unfortunately it’s actually pretty expensive. This was the second free clean we done that day and cost me close to £200 in costs I recon.
I enjoy watching you spray on the cleanser it reminds me of snow. I was a bit disappointed that you didn't show rinsing off the cleanser, I really enjoy that part as well.
I love your videos and this one doesn’t disappoint and I love that you’re doing it for free! I feel your work hasnt been up to par in the past 6 months, though… not an insult, an observation. You seem to be rushing through the cleanings and not taking the time to maybe get it a little cleaner than you leave it… I watch almost all of you guys on RUclips, and in comparison to your older videos and also compared to how Nick, Sid, Ben and Jake leave similar properties after pressure washing, I feel they tend to leave them very clean and properly finished, with the maximum done for removing the black spot and lichen, and mud is all rinsed away. You used to be more mindful in your cleanings. Maybe you’re very rushed because you’re busy with a lot of work and recording everything can be stressful and time consuming. Please keep it up though, I enjoy the transformations nevertheless but I’m mentioning this because I’m concerned for your well being and your business… if I notice, your customers might too. ❤ And yes, I get that I’m some random weirdo who judges pressure washing videos from her own home in her spare time. I do other things, really I do 😂
I totally understand your point of view here. There are certain surfaces that won’t ever look amazing and this is one of them, probably not a great example but I do understand what you mean. Secondly, unfortunately in comparison to the guys you mentioned they earn a hell of a lot more than me on the videos so are able to use more hypo and get a better result but I haven’t fund that myself at the moment, not an excuse just a reason so not using as much chemical to lift more black spot. I love the free cleans but I have to draw the line somewhere otherwise I’ll just be bleeding money and not getting that return whilst my channel is smaller. I hope that makes sense and hasn’t come across too defensive or anything.
@@KirbsideCleaning Actually, I totally get it. I don’t know why I was compelled to mention the differences I saw but yes, perhaps comparing you to other channels isn’t fair, as everyone is in a different spot in life and business. I just saw a de line in your technique and was hoping you weren’t rushing through because you were so busy. Your free cleans are so generous, and honestly, the state of the patio and drive on this particular job are horrendous, and not fair of me to judge you on such a comprehensive clean. Still, I enjoy your videos, and remain a huge fan, Ryan!
It genuinely doesn't look even remotely like the same patio anymore; who would have guessed there was such brightness underneath all that staining and filth?
good job, but on this one I 'd say no... you could do it a little better. and I got some questions/proposals... 1st of all I enjoy your videos, well shooted and edited! well done on that and thanks for your time sharing! as for the cleaning process: 1) I get it that the turbo nozzle is so attractive for the video and viewers, and does a great job if u got the time, but why not using surface cleaner more? 2) also you then downstreaming...so you throw some 1-2% SH max on the floor... and that's not enough in many cases as the one here. why not using a pump for hotter mix? u could clean also those smaller black spots in todays video with a hotter mix and a second turbo nozzle pass.
Thanks for the comment. Honestly the turbo over the surface cleaner mainly for the views it’s just nicer to look at and sounds better. Also can mean the difference between a 25 minute video and a 12 minute video. I don’t downstream really the the hypo in this case goes on at 6-7% but the patio was 50 years old, it would have eventually come up but I’m doing these jobs for free, so I can’t spend hundreds of pounds on treating every black spot unfortunately as much as I’d like to!
Not sure what you’re referring to, I’m English and this is the UK not Australia, but if you mean the water buts, they collect rain water that can be used to water plants. No heaters though 🤷🏼♂️
I understand but you still are a stranger to these people and all your doing is giving information if they would actually listen. I've seen enough of your videos to know you are always up front with your customers.
So you can translate this - I explained the customer has moved everything they wanted moving and asked me explicitly not to move anything else as they were very old and would break.
Attention to detail, and the little extra's will make a perfect job.

Haha thanks Kevin, it was a belter!
I know right!? I might have to do a disclaimer every 3 minutes or something 😂😂😂

Thanks so much Robert, awesome comment as always. Makes my day!
Not sure u will see this but awesome job but why didnt u spray off the edging or walls?
Looking at some of the brickwork, I noticed that a lot looked to be crumbling and soft. Therefore, the pressure washing would disintegrate the bricks.
Great job. Property has not been cleaned in years. You were a blessing for them
Patio was around 50-60 years old apparently!
Hello Ryan.
Great job.
Have a great weekend.
God bless you, your family and your friends.
Happy Easter.
🙏🙏🙏
Thank you so much hope you are all well!

Good job....it definitely looks much better. I know you said it was a free wash but you could have washed the walls at the sides.,...just saying

Ruins the end transformation surprise 😁

Parabéns pelo trabalho! Saudações do BRASIL 🇧🇷
Thank you! 👋
I like those videos.. I always wonder how much psi you are using? And what is the foam you spray on it?
Around working pressure of 3000psi and the foam is sodium hypochlorite 🙃
Good job
Perfect job 🎉❤
Thank you! 😄
Wow what a difference, great job so satisfying seeing all that dirt wash off . Just subscribed too.
Thank you so much ☺️

@@KirbsideCleaning thanks for the answer. sorry didn't see in the title that was a free clean.
keep up the good job!
@sharpblad3 thanks dude! Yeh we do a free clean every other Friday

Like the music. Sounds like the last goodbye from the hobbit.
Love that 🤗
Move pots!😮

Why are the hot water heaters outside in Australia?

cool
Vc não tira nem os vasos de plástico pra limpar direito... não gostei
I explained at the start of the video
Horrible 80’s paving. It needs removing rather than cleaning. The numerous pots of weeds.
Tenías que haber corrido todo lo del patio muy frangoyado todo desprolijo lo tuyo joy😮
Not sure what you mean 😢
Critics are every where and have nothing better to do than bust your balls. Im sorry you have to deal with that. Anyway great job as always 😊
