- Hey guys, Welcome back to another free clean friday! This job was overdue several decades of grime, algae and white spots. Jean and Peter have been customers on mine for a couple of years and have previously told me they have a Karcher in the garage they just cant get out and use so I thought they would be the perfect choice for a free clean friday video.

Attention to detail, and the little extra's will make a perfect job.
Not sure u will see this but awesome job but why didnt u spray off the edging or walls?
That is possibly the dirtiest/grimiest most lichen infested patio/driveway i have ever seen.
I am so jealous. I would've loved to have cleaned that. Extremely satisfying!
Also Ryan, i am not sure what else you can do in order to ensure your viewers understand the reasons for not removing the remaining pots! I despair sometimes...🙄.

I enjoy watching you spray on the cleanser it reminds me of snow. I was a bit disappointed that you didn't show rinsing off the cleanser, I really enjoy that part as well.

The home and yard look attractive. The paving may have fallen behind but it should be very cheering to have it put back in order. Thank you to you and your friend for the skills and work. Enjoying the color changes. What a gorgeous shift showing at 9:57. You put a sparkle back into the paving on this property and left shining windows. Very nice. Glad you will continue to work on the Black Spot, White Lichen and get it gone. You two made a great difference.

good job, but on this one I 'd say no... you could do it a little better.
and I got some questions/proposals...
1st of all I enjoy your videos, well shooted and edited! well done on that and thanks for your time sharing!
as for the cleaning process:
1) I get it that the turbo nozzle is so attractive for the video and viewers, and does a great job if u got the time, but why not using surface cleaner more?
2) also you then downstreaming...so you throw some 1-2% SH max on the floor... and that's not enough in many cases as the one here. why not using a pump for hotter mix? u could clean also those smaller black spots in todays video with a hotter mix and a second turbo nozzle pass.
Thanks for the comment. Honestly the turbo over the surface cleaner mainly for the views it’s just nicer to look at and sounds better. Also can mean the difference between a 25 minute video and a 12 minute video.
I don’t downstream really the the hypo in this case goes on at 6-7% but the patio was 50 years old, it would have eventually come up but I’m doing these jobs for free, so I can’t spend hundreds of pounds on treating every black spot unfortunately as much as I’d like to!

Good job....it definitely looks much better. I know you said it was a free wash but you could have washed the walls at the sides.,...just saying
I appreciate what you’re saying, I could have mowed their lawn and aload of other stuff too but I have to draw a line with the free cleans otherwise I’d go bankrupt unfortunately it’s actually pretty expensive. This was the second free clean we done that day and cost me close to £200 in costs I recon.

I like those videos.. I always wonder how much psi you are using? And what is the foam you spray on it?
Around working pressure of 3000psi and the foam is sodium hypochlorite 🙃

Why are the hot water heaters outside in Australia?
Not sure what you’re referring to, I’m English and this is the UK not Australia, but if you mean the water buts, they collect rain water that can be used to water plants. No heaters though 🤷🏼♂️

Why even start until you clear off all the flower pots. Everything is covered in rock there is no where for the water to drain. It just stands. It looks aweful.

@@jennifermarcum2231 the custom had moved maybe 40/50 pots already and had left anything either too heavy or fragile to move. They have been there 60 years and some of them are close to being that old and didn’t want them breaking.
Totally know what you mean... I moved one today and wished I hadn't as the bottom was rotted and fell out... Soil everwhere! 😂
