The driveway, back patio, walkways cleaned up well. Nice job. I know Silvia is so thankful you cleaned everything up for her. God bless you and your Family.
Good proposal for a series. This place has interesting spaces and evidence of falling behind for a while. Surely the owner and neighborhood will enjoy the change. Good recognition that talents and skills vary. The gardener was brave to try. From balustrade to paving, you did a nice job renewing that residence.
Whoever laid that originally did a beautiful job,so different and interesting from the norm. The lady will have been so pleased to see it all brought back to life. You did an excellent job
Oh my goodness, you certainly had your work cut out with this one. What a transformation. I'm sure the lady was delighted with the end result. Well done!! 😊❤😊
Not sure why some folks are saying you didn’t move things or clean everything….they must not have watched the whole video. There were a lot of black spots and dirt there and it had obviously not been cleaned in a very long time so I expect it would not be possible to get it completely pristine. Nice job, I can see why the homeowner would be thrilled!
@@KirbsideCleaning I feel your pain lol our pressure washer lost a rubber seal ring on the last car detail we did, water was spraying everywhere! We fixed it, all was good then. I have to admit, I was sweating it for a few minutes.
I watched right through, and saw you wash down everything. I would have been very happy with the results. 😊 The damp dull day wouldn’t have shown off the full effect as well as a good bright one.
I think it was a lovely idea to do that for your customer but think it could do with another going over. Those pavers are very unusual and deserve to be brought back to their former glory. Have you tried those rotary cleaners for large areas they are so much faster as they have two spinning water jets beneath their cover and do a more consistent job.
Hi Mary, the surface cleaner you are talking about offers a quicker but LESS powerful clean and wouldn’t have brought these up any different in colour, only saved me time. We chemically treated this job so the only improvement over what we done would have been steam but even then would only have save us using as much chemical really.
Lovely work however I would highly advise you to wear a mask when spraying any chemicals, the fine unseen particles can do permanent damage to your lungs and airways with time.
I'm assuming either the owner didn't want the really big planter pots moved or were simply too heavy for one person since you moved the smaller ones. That was a *lot* of stone and brick to clean. Do you think more cleaning over time will do any more for the pavers than you were able to do or were they just let go for too long and are permanently changed. What you managed to restore was amazing by the way
Thank you, yeh what I don’t move is always too heavy we always move if possible. The pavers would be weathered over the years and no amount of cleaning would have made a difference but I think it came up great for how old it was!
What Jet wash do you use mate, ive been thinking about getting a powerful 1, But im not really sure whats good and whats bad, Id like to be able to swap the ends on on it also, from different guns, to the patio cleaning round disk etc, And 1 thats powerful enough to make light work of a patio and driveway etc. whats the minimum bar or psi i should be looking for , Any advice and links would be appreciated.
Hey dude I use the pro 20x by spinaclean but it isn’t about the psi it’s all about the water flow. You need to do a bit of adding and subtracting from other fittings to get to where I am now but nothing to complicated
@@KirbsideCleaning Thanks for the reply, So the 1 you use says 18 litres of water per min, and the normal 20, not the x, does 15L per min, so is 15 litres upwards what i should be looking for ideally ?
So the actually surface cleaner wouldn’t make much of a difference over what I’ve already done but an additional treatment or two would help left the stubborn ones - eventually they would lift
Sorry dude I’m not sure I understand the question, my hypo is just sodium hypochlorite, unbranded if that’s what you mean? I buy it from pool supply shops
So nice of you to do it for free but didn't see you move any of the pots she had around so you could clean under them. Maybe you edited out that portion?
I literally filmed myself moving all the pots at the start… the super large heavy ones ( I think there were three) couldn’t be moved due to weight but all the others where moved and on film 💛💛
@@lindacarr6245 at 6:59 you can see the pots on the grass that iv moved from the patio at the start but the only pots left on the patio are the huge ones that are too heavy to move???
You did a good job on the cleaning and here's the thing about doing free work. You should do it for people Who need the help, not for rich people. Not impressed when rich people are getting free work. They can more than afford. Go help somebody who needs the help. That's impressive.
It was a very nice result on the flat surfaces but my goodness, you left almost all the border tiles/bricks undone. You did the top of the balustrade but left the bottoms filthy…quite noticeable. All in all it’s the little things that make an excellent job. Details matter free or pay customer.
This is absolutely untrue. All of it was cleaned - just because the colour difference wasn’t massive doesn’t mean it hasn’t been cleaned. It’s very old - plus it was chemically treated so there’s actually almost zero possibility it wasn’t cleaned.
Think you should wear a mask for putting on cleaner as you will breathe it in and not healthy for you , ive seen alot others wear one when they are pressure washing, hope you don't mind me saying as just thinking of your health.

I haven't seen octagonal pavers like those before, they're lovely! That back patio area cleaned up incredibly well!
It’s the first time iv seen something like that too! I can imagine they were very expensive at the time 🕰️ thank you so much

I agree... Those pavers were very unusual and stunning!. I always like the after shots - they makes me smile :)

The work you did made all of her colors she used as accents to pop even more! Same with the grass! It looked more green than at start! Great work!

Nice Job. that paving is lovely, such a change from brick block paving like i have.

Did you repack the pavers with sand after cleaning? I could see the power washer blasting out the top tier of packing sand as you were cleaning.

So the actually surface cleaner wouldn’t make much of a difference over what I’ve already done but an additional treatment or two would help left the stubborn ones - eventually they would lift
is it air polution that gets everything so filthy? (as it rains)

@paultomlinson528 it’s a biocide, bleach based product that kills organic matter and lifts organic staining

4:50 in and I can see already that your gone wrong.
