It’s a disgusting concept… I want my wife to be my best friend and her alone. I know two people at work who are “work spouses” and yes they are both married and both couples are friends but it’s gross.

Thanks for the perspective....definitely been a blessing. My primary has been Acts of service, don't think it has changed for a while - I think it's because of the "independent" nature. I always say that "help given that is not help required isn't really help" and you guys alluded to that. It's like giving me what I can take or receive but not necessarily what I need.
