both cars dialed in at 12.20 this win was 0.001 of a second ahead of the other car. always look over when staging to see where the other car is. use it as youre gauge. learn where the other car is, use one of your window pillers and a something on the other car to see where you guys are even. dont stay too far ahead at the end of the track, always cut it close. I lifted throttle before i passed...

The only thing I would suggest, is bucket seats. Even if they are cheap race seats, they are lighter than that damn bench seat. I'm wanting to say that this is a Nova, but I can't say with 100% certainty. If so, what year? Hell, even if it's not a Nova, what type of car/year is it?
Its a real 1972 nova. The bench seat weighs nothing. Its a street car.

great sounding car, what cam were you running in that motor?
327 sbc, iron heads, cam is a solid rollor 300/308.... 255/262 @50 , .575 lift. Made by comp, its there only solid rollor they have listed for turbo/blower. Its a very tame cam, gentle lobes. Its a street cam. It bleeds the compression away, but builds good power in the upper revs. Down low its dead. They saybyo use it in only big motors

@@colinjohnson7663 should work, my 327 is 11.3:1 with iron heads. If u have aluminum heads you could get away with it. Im pump gas 91 octane.

@@deantruax7202 4.11s and could do them with 3.73s. Burnout box is watered down, rev it to 2-3k dump the clutch and light em up . Takes less time than it would in 1st less rpm too

No. Its the same as the m21, the gear teeth are just on a different angle,(less angle) making tooth strength better and also giving it abit of gear whine. It is a regular syncro, like any old trans. Regulr 32 tooth brass ring
Hard to hear over the motor but thee toughest 4 speed ever! Thats why they called it the Rock Crusher!
Chrysler (new Process) A 833 Is tougher, IMHO. 50% bigger copy of a T-10. I've rebuilt a few and driven them. FYI, the Overdrive aluminum case is the same input bearing dimensionally as the hemi case. Saves 23 lbs as I recall. I had a Hemi 4 speed that was worked over with no synchros for speed shifting, but it was beat. I guess that was the high tech before Lenco's and such. There's no broken cast iron cases. But I love them all.
I got a M-21 Muncie 4 speed that has the same gear ratio , just not the Harden gears of the M-22

My first vehicle had an M-22 close ratio in it. Old chevy Scottsdale 3/4 with a built up 355. Everything broke but the trans. When the apocalypse hits only thing will be left are cockroaches ,9th generation Toyota Corollas (03-08)and M22 Rock crushers.

The L-79 327 350 HP cam in that engine give gives it a great sound....and it was available in several different Chevy models...............I wish I had bought a 68 Chevelle with the L-79 instead of the 68 Z_28 I bought in 1968.......

This CAN'T be an NHRA track !!! I have no doubt that this car ran that # looked like a clean mid 11 pass !!! What stunned me is no roll bar that I saw and a cut off t-shirt which in NHRA must be long sleeve long pants and no sandals !! I myself thought no roll bar because no harness it just caught me off guard !!! I'm a little rusty these days on the rules !!
