hallo I am also building an ig 11 and wanted to build your version of the head is the data available somewhere

I have something I’d like your opinion on. I’m building your design, but I just want the panning feature with the random sounds, and of course the lighted eyes. I’ve seen in your script that the sounds are in the tilt script. My theory is I can use the tilt script as the panning. Because it’s just the placement of the stepper motor. In other words, set up everything for the panning, but just use the tilting script. I’ve never wrote script so I believe I’ll mess up adding sound script to the panning. I figured the movement is the same, just the placement of the motor. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

Great video, but why do people feel compelled to add crappy club music in the background? Is this some RUclips content creator requirement? The music competes with the narration, and I'd much rather hear the sound of the stepper motor -- which also seems to be of critical value in the context of the information you're providing. Intended as constructive criticism... 🙂

I wish I had seen this video prior to starting on my dome. Some great ideas I would have used. All my servos are doubled-sided foam taped down. So far working. I too 3d Printed curved board mounts, but I E3000 glued the to the dome. Where did you get those white spring guides on the SERVOS? I have never seen those before. Did you 3d Print them? If so, can I get the stl please? Great video, great job on the dome Master!

Are you using 2 Xbox controllers, one for body/dome and one for lift mechanism ??
