3PO's head on the printer plate looked like Groot was trying to entangle it!

Looks very good. Do you ever vapor smooth your abs prints? Can you tell us about your air scrubbers?

Thanks! My air scrubbers are just respirator filters that are attached to some computer fans. I 3D printed a screw on adaptor for the respirators so when I need new ones all I have to do is unscrew them and screw on new ones. The fan assembly stays attached to the back of my unit. I don't vapor smooth prints but I do use Bondi mixed with acetone.

Very cool! I always wanted my own Threepio and considered trying to adapt the InMoov android. There is some support out there for Threepio I believe. You can get some inspiration from Adam Savage's Tested too. Good luck and I'm looking forward to watching your progress!

Thanks for the compliment. I am almost done modelling up the servo mechanisms for the neck. I'll post that in my next video :)

Can't find enough files anymore to build a C3P0..... Jesse's collection on Thingiverse is missing legs and other parts :/ Any idea where to get all needed files to build C3P0 anymore?

The C3PO files should now be updated on Thingiverse.
