Hi Catherine, another great tutorial that Im going to make. I just finished making your Prickly Pear Cactus. Girl you are a genius! They turned out amazing. Im curious though what artificial snow are you using? I have a can that is like tiny beads and when you add water it gets all fluffy but once it dries its beads again. Ive looked at Temu, Amazon etc but I dont know what to get. Thx so much. ❤

Do you cut the knots off the top and bottom of each braid before adding it and gluing down to the rug? And if so, ho do you stop the braids from coming apart while adding them to the rug! .

Very Clever! I especially enjoyed your method of making the long cotton swabs using the fine white flocking for the fibers. They look 100% authentic as do the tongue depressors; the cotton balls; the cotton squares and the jars.

Your instructions are clear and I like the fact you are doing projects which are not the usual projects I see. When you pull something tightly you are not pulling it taunt, that means to tease someone. You mean taut. That means tight.

These look so much more realistic than the ones I’ve seen done with polymer clay

THEY GLOW??? 🤯 I must make them!! Maybe paint some black around the sides of the wick and put a dollop of hot glue or bit of tissue paper on it for a flame; could even color the flame! I've even got a UFO candle I can cannibalize for filament!

Just an observation as an old timer, I would have painted my eye pupils, then punched them out and shaped gently. Thank you for sharing this craft, we just bought a bunch of the miniature cloche domes, these will be one we will put inside!❤️
