Miniature DIY faux “Jingle Bells” quiet-no sound using paper, paper punches & foam balls for display

    This is an easy DIY project making miniature faux “jingle bell” balls using paper & foam balls for display.
    The tiny jingle bells & beads do not make a sound. This is just for display & decoration.
    The video shows one way to make mini paper bells 1/8 to 1/4” in diameter.
    The steps can be modified to make larger or smaller sizes using different size paper punches.
    Materials:
    [1] copy paper
    [2] foam balls - 1/16 to 1/8” diameter
    [3] paper punches - 1/4” star, 5/8” six petal, 1/4 to 5/16” four petal or hand cut
    [4] glue - PVA clear dry
    [5] acrylic paint - metallic colors & paintbrushes
    [6] sealer - Mod Podge or glass paint sparkle - optional
    [7] ruler
    [8] scissors
    [9] tweezers
    [10] toothpicks
    [11] stylus & mat
    [12] pins - quilt or similar
    [13] containers to hold glue & paints

    Notes:
    *most supplies & materials available online or at your stores or online
    *sizes are close approximations
