I'm thinking about working for Melton, I'm just concerned because I heard good and bad things about flat beds. Someone told me to start with dry bans first and then do flat beds because it is dangerous. I just upgraded my license so I have no experience whatsoever. Anny advice?

I may leave in a week or two. 0-5 months $.52 6-11 months $.53 1-2 years $.58 3+ years $.60 After 120,000 miles $.60 Every 120,000 miles + $.01 up to $.65 Extra $.06 Canada Extra $.06 HAZMAT (HAZMAT into Canada, not likely, but would be both @ $.12) Over dimensional + $.16 It is now $100 tarp pay. 90% of loads are tarp. 2-3 loads per week = $9k-$14k/year.

Do they still let you bank your time off? In other words stay out for 5-6 weeks off, go home but only take 3 days off versus 5 or 6.
