Good job guys, thanks. I'm also in school and have had the phone interview to go there after school, in about a month. I gave Melton your reference code. Hope to see you around! Oh, BTW, my recruiter said I'd be going to somewhere in Ohio, not the one you said, but maybe Youngstown? Sounds odd...but I'm from way up north in Maine so it might be different. Anyway, see ya.

I heard that they repower loads alot.. That you got a great load with miles... Then some other driver takes it. Is this happen often?. Thanks great videos.

Freeway DaTruck'a Melton does have regional, but it’s limited. I’m on a Texas/Oklahoma regional. Guaranteed Base salary, home every weekend. We started in July, and it’s booming.
I hate to say this but SWIFT is not even close to how good Melton is.Even though I was let go from orientation at Melton, I have yet to see a BOX company pay as good a flatbed. Every company has up's and down's.
The way I see it pay for clean inspection is a gift. Getting a clean inspection is part of your job I’ve been in companies that just said “ok good job carry on!”
We would assume drivers go to Canada about as much as they go to the Northeastern states. We do know, though, that Melton doesn't like to keep drivers in Canada so they will try to get you in and out of Canada in a day.
TruckWithUs 24/7 One more question when I’m done with school and get done with orientation at Melton do I get assigned a truck and trailer right after? And I’ve bought most of the things I need for my truck could I bring those things to orientation to put in my truck? Or Bring them when I’m done with training?
@@ericktalley5855 bring what you can for a trainers truck. You will be assigned your truck after you are finshed with your trainer. They might can give you a list of what to bring for training.
