Great video. Thank you 1st time I did that journey was in the winter of '02. (Hauling a bulldozer to Ft. Liard). At that time, it was all gravel. There was a stopping place midway called Checkpoint. Bought the T shirt, but Ive misplaced it in the last 2 decades.

So....50k miles and everything inside is either completely worn out or in need of serious repair. Obviously you used it as a living space for all that time and daily. So a normal usage of possibly one weekend a month and one or two full weeks a year is actually pretty good usage. Hmmm, typical slightly heavier usage would be One weekend a month and two weeks a year equating to just under 45 days in a year, that comes out to close to 8 years and that doesn't even account for your harsh conditions that most people will never do. The fact that the honey moon falls off dramatically after the first year or two means even less usage. Shoot, most people are gonna get 12-15 years use. Thats not to bad for a 30K trailer.

The main reason people use the domestic is that its highest draw is still less then the nomadic Coolings eco mode. Its wildly more efficient but it is 1000-1500 less BTUs

Take pictures before you pull stuff apart. Easier when going back together.

I get lots of cars in my bay at work with the winter wheels full of dirt and rocks. I have to wash them off the car individually or there is a giant vibration.

Great video! It's crazy to me that Ford didn't consider this issue with the e-brake considering how popular conversions are. One concern I have is that it looks like you can't set the brake and use the swivel. So the process is release the brake and open the door every time you want to swivel the drivers seat...?!?!? Ugh!

I don't know if you know about Gander, NL you passed though/ by going to Sy John's. It was where over 100 planes took refuge while 911 was happening & the whole community came together and fed& brought people/ strangers into their home for the few nights that they were stranded There's a museum in Gander to go view the amazing stuff that's still there from that adventure..

Wouldn't it have been easier to just screw and glue a 1x2 board ripped to the correct width to the back of the top trip piece that the fridge was screwed into? No demo, just another piece of wood for the screws to bite into.

I posted a comment earlier with a link with the same sounding engine F-150 3.5 l EcoBoost or ecocrap as I call it. I have taken my F-150 to the local dealership in Orangeville Ontario and they've never been able to fix it. They claim they never hear the sound which is ridiculous. But just recently they did hear the sound when I had to stand there beside them.

How is the plumbing in it? One of the biggest complaints I hear about RV's and trailers is the poor plumbing, poorly designed connections that eventually lead to leaks.
