Pickleball is training wheels to tennis. Some of us will never get there. We have a good time in the neighborhood. Pickleball is great for those who do not have the training time or physical fitness for tennis. All kids should be started on it. It should, in my opinion, be played as a friendly game. Not a competitive one. It is hoped that the ball can be improved. It would be better if it had more bounce.

I started playing tennis during pandemic. It was difficult to find players at your level and find a court and if court is occupied then for an hour I did not enjoy. A month ago, I started playing Pickleball, you dont need to beg to anyone at your level to play just show with a pedal at open play and start playing, After playing first open play of my life. It is addicting, I am 35 year old, I will play Pickleball till my body allow it. love you Pickleball community for such social game. ❤❤

Have you tried the 18x20 Radical MP? I really like Head Hawk Touch 1.25. Sinner and Zverev are two big names that use it. I would best describe it as a round shaped Tour Bite.

My biggest issue with pickleball is that theure not honest with themselves, this is just wiffle tennis

I am a very defensive player using this. I’m very fast and everyone says my footwork is good lol. My problems are hitting short sometimes and not playing enough offense. I don’t get much pain from it tho. Is this not the right racket for me?

The reason you’re getting complaints is because you’re playing low level rec players as a young athlete. Play 5.0+ doubles players and you’ll have zero complaints about your drives. Also, you will have to develop a soft game at some point. Totally fine to play how you want but there’s a reason pro games have dinking rallies

The problem with pro staff is the sweet spot too narrow, most of the shots go off shore punishing your arm and shoulder, not a playful racchette

Tell that to the hundreds of thousands of fans who show up to Slams. And many of them are not seniors. And to see pro tennis in person is like seeing F1 in person. The speed of the game is off the charts. Many of the players hit first serves over 130mph and women over 110 mph. And tennis is much cheaper than golf and even bowling.

I am tennis to pickleball crossover when I became a senior, a natural transition. After 3 falls in a month, no serious injury except my ego, I told my brain the body isn’t a 30 yr old athlete anymore. I am more cautious now, but have witnessed several injuries to my fellow seniors. I read AARP mag that 85% of pickleball injuries to Emergency dept are from people 60 yrs and older. This is a great physical, social, activity that will continue to grow but not worth the bragging rights to go for every ball.

Sinner got preferential treatment. Look up the ITIA decisions on Stefano Battaglino. By the way, this Clostebol thing is a massive issue. According the the World Anti-Doping Agency, half of the Clostebol case in the world are from Italians. Tennis, basketball, soccer, sailing, etc.

Serbian never took anything ever and was suspended for 2 years for delaying the blood test 4 hours that was agreed by the testers This is total crap Another player was suspended 2.5 years for never taking anything, not even the poison shots. Another player was suspended for a ball hitting a lineswoman by accident But testing positive twice for anabolic like Ben Johnson is hidden and nothing happens. And sinner is much stronger since the steroid use just coincidentally , no longer tired, no girlfriend around, no bags under eyes.

How many hours drug have to stay on physio skin to have impact on Sinner wound, could he be infected if physio washed his hands, they recall lot of things after 2 3 weeks,like, Sinner asking physio did he treat injury with something, how many days he wear a bandage, who bought, who gave,who didn't look, how many days took massage(9days), interesting because 2nd test was 8 days later, but, can't recall did he wash his hands before touching Sinner's body, lot of questions and i didn't think right 1 were asked

I watch Sinner played and if one can recall whike he was playing he was sick and was vomiting. Since lately he looks more muscular too. I don't know if he did it did not but you cannot have two rules and someone should appeal this decision. So unfair to other players.. Smh. God does not like UGLY.

This analysis is rather incomplete, and is missing some important points. For example, as you mentioned drug half-life: how do you explain that a second urine test done a week after the first one return pretty much the same results - 76 pg/ml the first one, and 86 pg/ml the second one? Both of these are incredibly low levels, which cannot give you any effect on your performance whatsoever. But most importantly, is it consistent with the administration of a large dose of this drug, or with repeated contact with minuscule traces of the drug over a certain period of time? I would also add that LogP of this drug is ~4 and its molar mass is well below 500 g/mol, hence it is easily absorbed transdermally even in the absence of skin cracks. And that this drug is actually a rather weak AAS, to see an effect in terms of performances you need to take a bucket load of it. Which, ethical considerations aside, for athletes who are tested very frequently, it would be be an incredibly idiotic things to do.

My guess is that the athletes knowingly or staff knowingly use this cream for marginal gains, and can blame a positive test result on the cream that is readily available in Italy, and then can blame staff, thus avoiding a ban if good lawyers are imployed...lets have tournament bans for anyone testing positive regardless whos fault it is, let the player come back after say 3 tournaments, strip the player of points from the previous 3 tournaments, then have to pass a test to come back. No appeals just be forced to forego 3 tournaments what ever level the player is at.

It will not work as u said , cause atp players took drug test every month minimum and sometime several times during an event so its imposible to hide banned substance

so, at time he was tested they found small traces of a substance that could not affect his performance. But before he was tested the level of this substance was much higher and could certainly affect his performance.

A muscle building steroid that causes vomiting and bone pain just happens to get into Sinners system twice because of a massage? I DONT buy it. This guy recently put on some muscle, vomited on the court and has hip pain. I am questioning the validity of his Grand Slam win against Meddy. Also, substances like this are measured in nanograms (billionth of a gram) so people saying its so small don't know what they are talking about. His team likely using masking agents to flush out the substance. Was also a no show at the Olympics because testing protocols are stricter. SHAME ON THE ATP for the preferential treatment and for keeping all of this hush-hush.
