Hey guys I had no idea you read my comment! (I'm just now getting caught up on all the pods- I like to BINGE) My girl passed away on May 6th @ 3:50am. She fought like hell to stay with me but she passed in bed next to me... being a stubborn little fighter as was her way. We had 14 wonderful years together.... she made to her 14th adoption anniversary which was May 5th and made the 14 years official but I am pretty sure she was 15. thanks for reading about her it made me tear up a bit.... and at least we (me & my now ghost pup) know that you guys are thinking about rescuing your next one and maybe if other people hear about her they will give their own scruffy pound puppy a chance too. Anisa I know you just lost your little man too so I don't need to explain what an awful thing it is to lose the dog that has been your rock. I will adopt again when my heart is ready... right now it hurts too much but I'm hoping she'll guide the right one to me. Thanks for spreading the word about the good pups that need to be rescued makes me feel like her death can do some good. also thanks for keeping me company at work. loving all the Merlin and Fi content too

John Wick’s dumbness caught up to it so much more in the sequels. They lean harder and harder into the lore and story, which is the least palatable or interesting aspect of the franchise. The story became so much the focus by the fourth(?) one that I, a choreography appreciator, couldn’t even stomach it.

The boys unfortunately kind of gets worse 😭 (Depending on how far you’ve gotten into it.) At least in the earlier seasons the SA aspect had a point the writers were trying to get across, and they tried to handle it seriously (with Starlight in particular), but in the most recent season Hughie is SA’d multiple times and it’s either made out to be a joke (which the show’s creator said it was hilarious to him) or it’s not really commented on at all.

I am championing this guy as well👏 Many men, myself included have gone though similar situations. I "gave" my then wife mmy then our restaurant. She sold it 4 months later I didn't get a cent. ...no worries... I had to drive nearly 1000 miles a weekend to get and take back my children...247 miles from my door to her door...pick up my kids after work on Friday, drive back home then return them back to their mother on Sunday night. Thats 4000 miles per month to get my children she refued to bring them to me. Love my kids...after all these years still don't respect their mother.😶
