I genuinely think that Anisa would like Splatoon. Theres the team aspect, the map aspect, the knowledge aspect.

If you think about it rougelikes are singleplayer games that cover Anisa's interests. They are challenging and they have meta in form of builds, items, characters, etc. It's just that ai you're playing against doesn't have access to the same parts of meta.

Oh for sure. Anisa should try Risk of Rain 2, see how that works out

Actually crazy how much similarities TF2 has with League in the matter of micro interactions and skill level, and also the play style variety it allows

Anisa, if you're into Pokemon and League, Pokemon Unite is seriously worth your time. As someone who has always wanted to get into MOBAs, but can't stand the toxicity, it did it for me.
The main draw for me: 10 minute matches. If someone is being toxic or throwing, just wait a few minutes and it'll be over.
Also, items are set as a load out beforehand as to not bog down gameplay.
Multiple builds per Pokemon essentially makes every character 2 to 3 characters in one.
The meta gets a little swingy sometimes when new Pokemon are released, but overall is very balanced by MOBA standards in the long run.
Also, is the only game I've ever played that feels GOOD to play on mobile. I could play it on switch with a controller, but prefer not to. I play it with my wife who's pretty new to games besides Pokemon and it's a great time.

I recently got into hockey and bought a leafs hat and so many people stop and talk to me about it outside. Being normal is weird…

I thankfully gave up League years ago, it felt like a bad addiction. Would just cause me so much anger and stress and then I'd hop right into another game and before you know it, it's 4am and I'm not sure I've had fun at all. But I'll do it again! Looking forward to 2XKO though

A lot of games are like that, with enough to drive you to want to do better even if you're not enjoying doing any of it at all.

My recommendation to playing a better game than LoL and is also a moba (also kind of like a hero shooter) is Gigantic rampage edition. Thank me later
