Owner Brad Boggs has been a been certified personal trainer since 2001 and has trained in Portland and Los Angeles. Brad has been fortunate to have trained multiple celebrities and has also been on contract with NBC. Kori Boggs is a former chef and has been training since 2015. She is a top level instructor and has certifications that include FMS 1 & 2, Precision Nutrition and NASM.
BeneFitness was created in 2009 to help design equipment and create wellness programs for corporate companies and residential communities. Over the years BeneFitness has worked with clients in Portland, Seattle, San Fransisco and Chicago. Great workout, well demonstrated and paced. I respectfully suggest that the loud beeping noises starting at 10 seconds be reworked to a tone that is less stressful and doesn't sound like a smoke detector. My dog is super sensitive to these types of frequencies and runs off when he hears it. I as well would love something a bit more mellow. Thanks. Would love having some bone building workouts for osteoporosis (no twists or forward bends).

Thanks for this video! I've done your other video (very similar to this one with a couple variations) but was looking for a little variety. This was great, I feel sore in different places. Maybe I'll alternate between the two. This was very easy to follow mechanically and I'm winded so you did your job sir.
