How do you best craft the wand for the MEDIUM/SSF part?

From where you regen soo much mana? Im at 84lvl / T12-15 maps and Im not using arcane cloak bcoz it drain too much mana.

Level 66 and struggling with 2 things. My totems are getting stomped and my mana is just completely drained when fighting. Not sure how to correct this.

Love the build! Am I missing something obvious in the PoB? In the Min/Max version, its still granting the +15 Suppression from the evasion mastery enough though there is no suppression on the Algor Mortis

unfortunately this build really sucks for t15+ maps, even with some divs on investment into 6 link armor, shield and weapon. Clear speed is really slow and this build can't handle any good mechanics

I realised i hadnt quite figured out how much damage was coming from arcane cloak. So small amounts of flat added aren't as effective as you might think in comparison. Also crusader slammed 15 phys as extra lightning damage onto a pretty nice amulet. Looks good but not actually as impactful as you would think.

This build is amazing. The best cheapest league starter I've ever run. Cleared the Atlas with ~60c in gear. (pobb.in/maK-SwG91b7Y). I started the expansion with the idea that I would swap later to Ice Nova Archmage once I got some of the uniques and/or prices came down. So I decided to invest as little as possible into the build and just work on atlas completion while building up some currency for a swap. I finished campaign around level 70 after doing a bit of Heist for chaos recipe, ran a few white maps and some more heists, then swapped to Stormburst with a budget of 35c. A few c for each slot to max resists and get some life and mana. 10c for an ok wand. That carried me into yellow maps, charging my way through packs with abandon. Taunt mastery carries so hard! Slowed down a bit in early red maps. Ran Uber lab for final ascendancy, bought the cheapest +1 totem shield available (10c), cheap 4B2R chest es/armor chest (10c) , then spammed 10 or so essences until I got life + resist, and ran a few merc labs to get 20% quality on Stormburst. That's it. Zero other investments. No amulet anoints, no heist crafts, no quality on any other gem, and no weapon enchant. That was enough for first two voidestones plus all Atlas maps. T15s/16s are a little slower and I've died a couple of dozen times when I get impatient and start shield charging into packs, but the cheapest Atlas completion I've ever had. It feels like it has enough damage for Maven too, but I didn't want to farm invitations so I bought a carry.

Level 92 in HC and the build is pretty good. Slow mapper but very good bosser. It's certainly possible to go an entire map without getting hit. I'm having issues clearing t14+ maps with any decent speed. I am not going to invest further. I'll probably just do heist for currency before rerolling into something else. I wouldnt reconmend it for SC due to the slow speed. The build is great for mechanics where you can easily avoid getting hit (blight, harvest). I wouldn't play this build for breach or ritual. Overall this is a great guide for a unique build.

@tatiantel2 Any ideas on how to do a possible gem swap for clear? I'm about 2/3 in the min-max gear and all, but it is a little lacking on the regard. Having a great time killing bosses though! Sweet build, as always

What priority of stats for more damage? Duration > Crit Multi > Flat Lightning > Crit cap > Spell/Lightning Damage. Is this right? Does cast speed matter?

How do I deal with stuff that is immune to lightning damage? What would be easy and quick swap for those encounters?

I'm in red maps now, just got 2 voidstones. Normal content and bosses are fine, though do need to play a bit more carefully than i'm used to as with its easy to get stunned then die in rippy maps. I made the mistake of going big boom expedition though, which at current gear levels is incredibly rippy and quite slow going too which has stunted my progress. Would not recommend for this build. The fact the damage ramps doesnt help either. Might be better dropping the more duration support for a more up front damage boost. I might switch to a boss rush tree to finish off atlas and get some guardian etc maps. Trying to squeeze in suppression, while having decent stats is hard, though recombinator might make things a bit cheaper. I recombinated a phys reduction, suppression and totem shield fairly cheaply. Though only crafted life and not the best base.

League starting in trade league with soul mantle + Kikazaru rings is mega cheap to blast to yellow and even red maps. The gear in even medium tier will cost a couple divines to make or buy while the soul mantle build is under one divine and could do more damage.

How is the Ball Lightning looking, same or has it been nerfed?

I stopped by as I'm leveling to ask what is probably a dumb question. I'm looking at gem levels as shown in the pob. For example, lightning pen is listed as gem lvl 1 at low levels and end game it is only at lvl 19 along with all the other gems. Am I missing something here? I would think you would just level that up every time you can even at low lvls.

I am a pretty casual player and after 3 years i have returned for this league. I really, really like playing casters or minions but was not happy with the builds I found. So i have played this build to level 30 now and i am very, very happy with it : ). When I rejoined 3 weeks ago to get back into the game, i died the whole time. I felt so bad. (of course lots of that is due to not being that good at the game... I love delving and just couldn't see light : / ) Thank you so much for your work and giving us so much fun. I am a bit lost on the skill gems - that might be due to not being used to PoB. Whenever there is a skill-gem quest reward, i click through all the items to see if the gem might pop up somewhere. Will make myself a list. There is probably an easier way around that, but i have not figured it out yet. Having lots of fun, thank you!
