I can't remember the last time I wore sunscreen. I lived and worked in Central Africa (Cameroon) for 2 years and never wore sunblock/sunscreen. I wore SHEA BUTTER which is a natural sunscreen due to having a rich amount of Vitamin E & D. As a kid, I only had heat rash on my lips but I never got sunburn. A lot of that is due to dehydration. Plus, most Black people in the USA are vitamin D deficient. We need the sun. Am I saying STAY IN THE SUN ALL DAY? No. Don't be under the sun at high noon but we really need the sun more than any race of people. Shea butter & cocoa butter are worn by African people in Africa instead of western sunscreen that is catered to white skin. And a lot of sunscreen products have a lot of carcinogens in them which ironically can be cancerous but we're avoiding trying to get skin cancer.

I am very grateful for this channel. I had Dry skin issues on my face, scalp and my face got Hella fat & ugly According to my dermatologist, it was my diet the McDonald’s, Chinese food, Pizza, all those foods caused my problem I took a break from all fast foods and started eating proper home-cooked meals while doing workouts and my problem slowly disappeared and I started getting attention from girls again.
