If u got an iPad you can use that as a monitor with the Blackmagic camera app i believe for up to 3 or 4 cameras

The good thing as well is you can swipe on the controller screen to swipe between camera feeds

Could you test the Sandmarc anamorphic lenses as well? That would be awesome. I am still not sure if to go with Moment or Sandmarc or Neewer or Ulanzi anamorphic... Thanks!

This thing is so underrated and strong for its size. Lightweight but strong enough to hold my full-frame DSLR + 40mm lens.

These are great settings -- and unless you know where to click you will most likely not know they exist. Example the Leveling setting. Much thanks!

One consideration might be availability. Moment has trouble keeping product in stock and is notoriously bad about shipping delays and poor communication. Sandmarc seems to have more of what I want in stock.

What type of lens do you have on your camera in this video. Because I don’t think the moment lenses with fit through the beast grip.

Tele ( 3x) with Moment ( 2x) will get multiplied as (3x2) 6x , or added to (3+2) 5?

Do you know if the 67mm Mobile Lens Filter Mount (all series) works with this? I don't understand how it fits. Moment's website states "removable front ring allows 67m filter adapter to be mounted" under this product you're showing. (I'm trying to get a filter over this) Thanks!

How do you prevent the front-facing camera turning everything around. If I use the 'normal' iPhone camera, everything is fine, whether picture or video, but with Beastcam it's the mirror image .. annoying if you are wearing a coat with a name, or standing near a sign. thanks !

I'm on android, locking shutter speed locks ISO. And doesn't let me use autofocus. Also the shutter speed is not changing automatically. Note: I have locked shutter speed during recording, but I wasn't recording this time. Phone: Pixel 8

Thanks. I'm interested in the 17mm lens compatibility - Freewell has a bayonet 17mm adapter AND a 17mm Lens non-bayonet style. My question (s): Are all lens attachment points (Main, Ultrawide and Telephoto attachment point threaded 17mm - can I screw on a Reeflex G-Series Super Telephoto 240mm (which is designed only for the iPhone telephoto lens ) to that telephoto camera (3x or 5x depending on your iPhone model), or a Sandmarc lens attached to the Main or Ultrawide iPhone camera) ? Freewell says the Genius Rig, with the 17mm Lens adapter, will support "any" 17mm lens, but will the adapter support any 17mm threaded lens - on any one of the three physical iPhone camera mounts ? Reference Blackmagic Camera App (BMCA) and Freewell's Bluetooth remote; while using Freewell's "Versatile" selfie grip's detachable Bluetooth button, after upgrading my BMCA, I found I needed to delete and reinstall the BMCA app on my phone and then re-pair the Freewell bluetooth "button" to regain bluetooth functionality between Freewell and Blackmagic. This flow may work in your scenario, as the problem appeared to be a Blackmagic issue.

Just getting into this market… I don’t see many recent videos for beastgrip pro especially from consumers… has the beast grip pro aged well for you? Was it more of a gimmick?

In my experience, it's always best to calibrate the smartphone gimbal before you use it. Plus, using a counterweight, normally like a pack of three or four weights, helps.

I don't see any color space options in the settings. Which or what version of Protake is used in the video? The current one on Google Play doesn't have the option to choose color space or 8/10 bit recording.

It is absolutely NOT for iOS only. I have a Pixel 8 Pro and have it, in fact older iPhones do NOT SUPPORT the Black Magic app.
