I'm seriously considering dumping all of my prosumer video photo gear and transitioning to using a spare iphone i have. Seriously! I'm just tired of lugging around all that big stuff. Plus i can adapt my audio and tripod and other accessories to my iphone.
I was acting in a short film last week and I did not envy the camera operator having to lug so much gear from location to location. Whilst the quality may not be the same to a mirrorless camera the freedom and ease of use is fantastic.
