I am Tomas, former baseball athlete to Vancouver based Personal trainer.
Being heavily immersed within the fitness industry, my ultimate goal is to positively influence people towards making a healthy lifestyle change.
Over the course of my career, I have gathered the knowledge and experience to coach clients based on the blend of athletes philosophies, including Eastern and Western strategies; such as, Muay Thai, Strength, Endurance, Core, Calisthenics, Mobility training and among other tools.
While getting to the end goal is important. I am a strong believer in education and continually commit myself to learning, so that I can provide valuable advice whilst implementing versatile programs that are injury free, enjoyable and importantly results driven.

Not sure how can I help you with pain in the nuts, but at least you can take comfort in knowing that you have big balls. Just try not to let them get in the way of your gains at the gym!
