After 3 years of this video, I came across same issue on Windows 11 since I migrated my os from HDD to SSD and was facing the Blue Recovery screen.and this video saved my life !! Btw if you are stuck on the “failure when attempting to copy boot file”, do a “boot rec /scanos” command and see which drive it detects the Windows is installed, for example E:, then do the last command “bcdboot E:\Windows” instead of C:
