I live near Marshall MN, And I have the 2023 Mach E Select, I am getting 1.9 KWh But I charge it on my 110 outlet at home and at Work I use a 220. Main thing is to precondition that battery. To get that optimal range. Love my car. But I use to for a to and from work grocery store. Long trips in Winter Ill rent a car like to Sioux Falls I left Redwood falls to Marshall left the house with 190 and it was down to 110 thats 22 miles. from my house to marshall.

What are the specs on that battery when your charging and discharging/float

2024 Mach E GT sound system is terrible. No volume cuts at 30. I have to redo it. This review is could have done in 30 seconds. It awful. No bass no punch no volume.

This generator is NOT floating neutral so cannot normally be used with a home transfer switch like a Generlink. There can only be one ground and it must be the house not the generator.

I’m kinda surprised that 40 ton did not come with a hydro cooler.

Thanks for the generator introduction. If I had one suggestion for this or any generator would be to have a easy way to drain unused fuel from the tank when you are putting it away for long-term storage.

ICE has all that waste heat at a much higher temp, so once the engine reaches operating temp it will definitely keep the cabin warm. I agree that you should be able to get noticeable heat quickly in any EV.

I know this is long after this was cut. PTC is a direct heat source, and even heat pump systems have one for the worst situations. The heat pump will move heat, but it was also have a limit on how much. One thing I have heard/read is that the manual start only runs the HVAC, but does not heat the battery. This means that some of the hearing capacity is going to the battery and not the cabin. The solution here is to schedule a departure. This is supposed to heat the battery, then heat the cabin in time to be ready at the set time. I have the 2024 Rally, and I am in Michigan, but not where it gets quite as cold as MN. I will see how it goes with conditioning this winter. ETA: Just got to the video where you figured this out. But I will leave this here as some searching on this issue might find this video. And thanks for digging into this as it will help those of us who follow.

I'm really just looking to identify the speaker locations so I can replace them. Can anyone here tell me exactly where the speaker locations are in the B&O 10 speaker setup in my 2023 premium?

I'm sorry but this is horseshit. Ford during the setup process towards the end allows you to set a backup password that will allow the car to start using that password if for some reason the use phone as key feature fails. Had you had completed that instead of skipping over it this would not have been an issue and you wouldn't be on here whining about a non-issue. I have no sympathy for stupidity.

Let's be real here. If you live somewhere that gets to these temperatures there are 110 outlets everywhere. Every house and apartment complex, and pretty much every workplace has powered plugs at every stall. This was in no way a realistic situation. Not using the preheat feature makes no sense. He wasn't giving the "benefit of the doubt". This was intentionally creating the worst, and most unlikely edge case and fully intending to have a bad result. Why he is at all frustrated and surprised by the result is a mystery when that's clearly what he wanted.

I wanted to see what you did to warm it up, and you just talked about another video. You could re-title this as a preview to the next video so you don't waste peoples time watching it.
