Hi friends! I'm Jennica Hill, an actor, writer, and improvisor worrying about worrying and wondering about wonder.
I decided to start a RUclips channel dedicated to celebrating and embracing your full, magical self!! (Because I, for one, uncovered my own bisexuality while married at the age of 27 and turned to other brave creators to help me feel less alone in all of that uncertainty.) SO, I'm endeavoring to share and work through my struggles--and successes, I suppose--with self worth/identity/etc. to help other people (hopefully) feel less alone in a world that can so often feel like a big, open void...
(I recently encountered a mug that said, "Don't talk to me until I've had my morning existential crisis," and that felt so right for me.)
But, you know, I'll always include some comedy mixed in! Because if we can't laugh at ourselves and at life then...I don't know. What do we even have?

Why I STAN Gen Z (inspired by GameStop Stonks)

Why I STAN Gen Z (inspired by GameStop Stonks)
I realized that I was Bi when I was 16 in Highschool. A boy always wore really tight jeans in class, and I was constantly checking out his perfect ass! Never acted on my impulses because it was the 70's & it was frowned upon big time! I was also a football player and that made it even tougher to come out.
As a bisexual male in my late 60's, I came to terms with my sexuality while in my 20's. I have accepted the fact that this is how God made me, which has given me peace of mind and self acceptance! I have been happily married to my accepting wife, in a monogamous and loving relationship for many years.
Alot of these bi stereotypes are true about me. I absolutely love lemons, i can hardly sit properly and i am very dramatic
I remember I was more of a Rock and Roll type. But I was obsessed with Britney Spears. I remember telling my friend “I know it’s not my type of music but I’m just really into her videos.” So “creative”. lol. 😂😂😂. I didn’t understand it. 😂😂😂
I’m gonna guess before watching. You’re WAY more intense about your “best friend” relationship than makes sense. lol.
Does straight woman except bi men as easy as straight men except bi woman?
Hehehee I didn't even think about this as being a bisexual issue. I wrote a decade ago on my FB that I don't understand the obsession with people wanting their partner to look pre-pubescent with all of the shaving, and that those that don't shave their armpits or legs...why is it of anyone's business. It got to me because I thought, that's pretty entitled to want others to present themselves as a potential partner just for you to look at. Ughh! I'm so glad my partner would rather I be completely natural as God made me. =)
I was the "tomboy" that ran around and played rough/tough with other boys --I was allowed to rock that because my dad was raised by a feminist mother. I have always attracted and have been attracted to feminine type of guys. I've had my experiences with girls trying to do "things" with me, which I ran away from, and I didn't view myself as bi, though I could be attracted to girls. It wasn't until later where I was like ohhhhh... =)
DISGUSTING. Stay away from Bi-bi women (bisexual, bipolar)
30.. late in life? Sheesh. I'm 51 and thinking of coming out. I don't feel I've always been bi but rather have become that recently.
Disgusting. The damage you will cause with your sexuality is as bad as Putin. I will never make you feel good about what you’re doing.
So, honest question. I've dated a few bisexual women, one was a gf. Separated for unrelated reasons. And they both stated that they are only interested in a romantic long term relationship with men(me at the time(, but they had no issues broachhing the subject with me about them making out with or sleeping with women.l, but saying theyd be ok with only doing it if I was a part of it. 3 somes basically. Is that a common thing? Where bisexual women only want deep intimacy and romance with men, but want the sexual release woth both? And that they are perfectly fine with only sleeping with women if their man is in on it?
@@brandonhill2183 i am not the person to answer this question unfortunately! i don’t know what’s common or not as i’ve been in a committed monogamous relationship for a long time! i’d ask someone who’s posted about non monogamy perhaps?
"Twitterpated," is my new (old) word of the day! Thank you.

OMG Kate Winslet in Titanic 😍 I remember having a vivid dream that she was my girlfriend, and I was like, hmmm 🤔
I feel like, what does it matter, if you're monogamous? You're not going to go screw some other guy, so now you're also not going to go screw some other woman. May as well tell my wife I like redheads too and not just black women, just so she knows, if we ever separate or she dies, I might go for one.
You'r so cute.
@@grimlund thank you ☺️
I remember the awkwardness when i was a kid of saying something about an actor and then corecting myself and my mom saying "You don't need to do this, i know u are not gay". And feeling akward with boys as much i did with girls. There was also the bit of "i think boys are pretty, u don't need to be gay (am i right guys?)" that as i got a little older became "am i gay? sure i do think boys are pretty, but i like girls, how am i suposed to be gay if i like girls?". And then the realization that "wait, bisexuality is a thing?". there is another one that is debatable, but as a born and raised catholic i cared way too much about what the church had to say about same sex relationships. Maybe it is not with the others, but i wonder if it was a sign.

Liking boys clothes , activities etc etc doesn't make u gay or bi . U know ur sexual orientation via crushes u have. It stars pre and post puberty - actors, pop stars , celebs, classmates , schoolmates

My best friend who I cane out to as bisexual a year ago told me he has romantic feelings for me hoping this works out would love to have lovers of both sexes
I’m bi and I have never heard of lemon bars (have I sinned?)
I'm late to this party but I related to this so hard. I'm an elder Millenial so was a child in the 80s, teen in the 90's and I didn't know anything about bisexuality. We couldn't secretly Google it until way later. I didn't figure out what I was until I was 42, but I felt exactly as you did as a kid. I just supressed the shit out of it as I grew up in a religious home where it would have been unsafe. I also just didn't think my attraction for women was abnormal I think is ironically what made me not get it. When I understood others didn't really feel the same way it made sense. But my differences with straight women around some gender things like clothes and interests always made me feel not quite understood. You've really validated a lot for me. Thank you.
I'm happy for you and the other women who are growing out at least some of your body hair. That said, I admit I do wish that more heterosexual women also grew out their body hair as well.
May each of you be blessed, and may we one day have a world where women are no longer denigrated for having body hair.

For thirty years I had a dirty little secret before I could come to accept it you will help people accept there bisexuality a lot quicker.

It's funny, for Me I remember having Tiger Beat Magazines and having posters of both Topanga and Shawn from Boy Meets world on my wall. That and being mesmerized by RuPaul the first time I saw them.
In the Roman days bisexuality was considered normal.
I've always known I was "less straight" than other people and identified as such as young as when I was a preteen. I didn't really have any "evidence" of it, I didn't recognize myself as having any serious crushes on any girls, but I always felt like I found girls prettier than a straight girl should. But, obviously, I had to be straight. I was absolutely boy crazy, had a ton of crushes on guys, and yet, there was always this odd compulsion inside me to add qualifiers to my "straightness." Yeah, I'm straight, but girls are pretty, too. Yeah, I'm straight, but I can recognize a hot girl. Yeah, I'm straight, but I'll stare at a girl's boobs sometimes. Girls are just naturally that way! Right? Then, I distinctly remember having my first sex dream about a girl as a teen. It absolutely boggled my mind, I didn't know what to make of it. Yeah, girls are cute, but sex with a girl...? It took me a while (and a couple more involuntary dreams) for me to change my mantras. Yeah, I'm straight, but I could probably kiss a girl. Yeah, I'm straight, but I think I'd be cool with having sex with a girl. I mean, sex is sex, right? I'm still super into guys and love dating them, kissing them, and having sex with them (plus NOBODY can fake the absolutely visceral reaction I had seeing Adam Driver in the Force Awakens the first time, I gasped OUT LOUD like a clown 😅) so I must be straight. Plus, I didn't think I could everromantically date a girl. For a long time, I was stuck there, and I got together with my current boyfriend (who I'm crazy in love with and can never foresee leaving.) I figured maybe I was a little "bicurious" but whatever was going on was negligible, since I'd never really had a crush on a girl. Then, I met my new coworker, and as soon as I walked in room, I felt the wind knocked out of me. She was just gorgeous, her hair was perfect, her outfits were perfect, she was so cute, and sweet, and just this wonderful human being. Suddenly, I'd feel my face getting a little hot whenever she'd give me a compliment, I felt the need to put extra time into my outfits, and I got excited whenever I saw her at work. I could even imagine myself wishing we could hang out outside of work, maybe grab some dinner together, go for a drive. It took me an embarrassing amount of time to realize what I was feeling was a crush. I had a crush on a girl. My entire worldview basically shattered, and suddenly my difficulty with making friends with girls that were "too pretty" (exact words I'd use to describe my difficulty making friends with girls) began to make more sense. Looking back, it probably wasn't lack of self-esteem, but unidentified crushes. There was definitely one other girl I can think of that I absolutely had a crush on, looking back. It was such a strange thing to realize about myself even though, looking back, it seemed pretty obvious. I've kept my boyfriend updated with my self-discoveries and he has been nothing but supportive, further proving I've chosen the absolute best life partner. ❤ But, yeah! I felt like posting about my own journey here! I'm still technically not "out." Only a few close people know, and part of me feels like it would be worthless to identify publicly as bi. I'm in a long-term committed relationship with a man, evidence points to me mostly preferring men (for every ten casual male crushes I have one casual female crush) and I've never dated (or even kissed) a woman and I most likely never will. It would feel like I was stealing valor or something. But, at least in my own mind, I've started to feel as though bisexual is the perfect description for my sexuality.
@@erinw4935 thank you so much for sharing! i’m so happy your partner has been supportive and that you’ve been able to accept these parts of yourself!
