Hope you figured some things out. Chris Hemsworth is indeed a hottie. I identified as bi and honestly 5 other ways when I was 18/19 (seems common for bi people). Then I found my first boyfriend at 20 (who is now my husband) and then lived for 15 years a gay man. Lmao the chairs lol. I literally broke my chair trying to sit comfortably and still sit on it with under/on my thigh, and that was even b4 I knew about the stereotype
I recently stumbled upon a lighthearted spoof video of those '50s educational films called "How to Spot a Bisexual," and it showed the lemon bar, and pointing both hands simultaneously like they were pistols. It also had the cuffs and the sitting. Now I see those repeated, so I realize the film wasn't just inventing those; they are thought of as real signs of being bi, serious or not. Now here's the weird part -- I often point both hands like that, and I love lemon bars, over chocolate. Really. I had no idea. Are those habits, like innate or something? I almost never wear denim, so that one's moot, but as for sitting, I'm not sure. As a person who doesn't believe in stereotypical or archetypal indicators, I'm getting weirded out by this!

As soon as you read the cuffed jeans stereotype I remembered being pissed off at the sisterhood traveling pants, so now I feel seen! Another funny one is the bi bob.. and listening to phoebe bridgers.. no way you're straight if you listen to her on a daily basis
I related to none of this. I’m the acception to all the rules! 😂 Except the lemon bar part. I LIKE lemon bars, not so sure I would go so far as to say I LOVE them though.
Fair enough! Lol. That’s why these are the silly ones. The truth is, you can be bi and have all kinds of characteristics! Glad you like lemon bars though 😜💜
The stair and cuffed jeans are so so so so so so true , I can confirm that especially the sitting on a chair one , my family members are always like why don't you sit properly even before I knew I was bi 💗💜💙

Curious but I can relate to the finger guns. Sometimes I do that unconsciously when in conversation then I remember what I have heard on videos related to bisexuality cues 🤷
So many things in here are hilarious. I had no idea about the lemon bar stereotype... but I LOVE lemon bars, in this specific way where I rarely think about them but *if* I hear lemon bars mentioned I'll suddenly get a huge craving for them. I do finger guns a lot but only when I'm alone, now I wonder if there's some kind of metaphor there (I'm not exactly in the closet, but I try to avoid the topic and skirt the issue around most people). And my dad likes to tell the story about how I made my first pun when I was four. He and my uncle are both even bigger punners than me, though, so as far as they're concerned it just runs in the family.
I 100% relate about the lemon bars thing! I rarely think about them either but if I have a chance to eat one I’m like 😛😛 lol. Hmm finger guns when you’re alone. That is interesting. Happy Pride!
Oh my gosh; as a bi person myself, I can also confirm that one about bisexuals sitting in silly ways is so true lol! XD Ever since I was a little kid, I always sat in the craziest positions, and I still do. My Mom always says things like, "Don't sit like that. It's not lady-like." I always wondered why I just sit in weird positions like that without thinking about it, when everyone else in my family usually manages to sit in one spot just fine.🤔 But now, I guess I've figured out why.😁 Oh, and here's another funny coincidence! :D Ever since I was little, LONG before I ever even knew what a bisexual person was, my favorite colors were always pink, purple, and blue....the exact same colors as the bi flag, and later on in my life, I realized that I was bi!😄 Hehe. Anyways, love your videos! Keep up the great work!💗💜💙
None of these apply to me except maybe the sitting in chairs weird but I don't do that all the time, just when I can't get comfortable in other ways. I don't think I've ever had a lemon bar but I do like lemon meringue pie so I guess I like lemon things? Cuffed jeans look terrible on me (tall-ish and fat). I don't have much of a mind for puns. I don't do finger guns. I don't go around telling everyone that I'm bi (I'm out to like 4 people IRL lol). I've only been with 1 partner. Maybe I'm a boring bi person.
There's no way you're a boring bi person. That's a contradiction in terms ;) These stereotypes don't fit everyone, of course!! They're just silly and fun. You are you and that is what makes you great.
I don't cuff my jeans now but Up too High school I used to do it and I felt good about it until mom made fun of me to death and I stopped. I freakin love lemon though anything with a lemon flavour is instant favourite, I also eat lime as like whole I munch on them
As a 66y/o bisexual: 1. I didn't exist for many years, but it was my fault for not showing it. Or was I? 2. I have NEVER done finger guns *pew pew*. Maybe it's my age, because that's something I missed out on. 3. I have always been a fan of puns (intended and not intended). Puns are funs. (horrible but true Dad joke). 4. I lean in chairs, whilst driving, whilst on the computer (yes, even now). Everyone who drives a car after me pushes the seat up against the windscreen. 5. I've always had a thing for Lemon,Lime & Bitters drink and Barbeque chips. I thought it was because I used to have them with my Grandma when we both went to the pub (a fond, long ago memory). 6. I've had only 2 long-term partners, but many other sexual ones of many genders. Do they count? 7. I have rarely been told from a sexual partner of their sexual identity, but to me it's their choice to tell me and it doesn't change my feelings. I now tell some people I meet I'm Bi, as it's easier for me now. It was a BIG issue in the past, as no one then knew what I was talking about. I wish I was now born at the turn of the Millenium, not 43 years before. I would have SO MUCH FUN, now. 8. I used to cuff my jeans/pants, as the leg length is always too short, but I am an average height? I have become lazy and don't anymore. 9. Yes, I'm prone to exaggerated crushes on beautiful people too. Thanks for the video and I wish you well in your acting, or is it 'break a leg'.
I fit the "promiscuous," "dramatic" and punning things but nothing else. I didn't know that finger guns were a bisexual thing, lol! I take issue with the word "promiscuous," as it is sexist, homophobic, biphobic, religionist, and judgemental. For a multiple partner's sexual histories, I prefer "polyamory" or "swingers." I figure "dramatic" behavior goes with having emotions.
Yeah I don’t like the word promiscuous either. Also I don’t think it’s true!!! At least not for all people who are bi. Yeah I guess dramatic means emotional? Having emotions is so good so I guess we’re just awesome all around 😎💗💜💙
I: * Eat lemons like oranges * Sit cross legged in chairs almost constantly * Give double thumbs up-- a variation of finger guns * Wear capris so I don't have to cut off or roll up my jeans

Okay... I'm currently in the closet (I'm bi). What are subtle things I can do to show my bi pride? If that makes sense? I would cuff my jeans, but that seems a little... obvious.
i don’t know if that’s too obvious! but maybe you could try small ways like a pair of socks or a bracelet or something. i’m definitely no expert in the subject, but seems to me that anything small that helps you feel connected to it will be a way of showing your pride 💜
No to cuffed jeans No to finger guns Yes to sitting weird on furniture Yes to lemon flavored things. Love tart flavors Lots of partners? Define lots… 😉

Having emotions is so good so I guess we’re just awesome all around 😎💗💜💙
them: bisexuals wear cuffed jeans
bisexual friend: Jokes on you, i cant afford jeans
bisexual me: jokes on you, mine f*cking burned! :D
I:
* Eat lemons like oranges
* Sit cross legged in chairs almost constantly
* Give double thumbs up-- a variation of finger guns
* Wear capris so I don't have to cut off or roll up my jeans
Oh double thumbs up. It's my new finger guns too! lol. Thanks for sharing
@@jennicahill First of all: GOAT for replying on a year old comment section. Second: are we on the same sleep schedule I see every response you give within 5 to 15 minutes lol
@@wareforcoin5780 haha I'm not sure! I like to respond to every comment if I can.. but sometimes it takes me a bit to respond. Perhaps we are just on the same using Internet schedule hehe
I must say I have three ways of sitting...
1: One leg folded underneath me.
2: My legs crossed and stretched out.
and 3: I don't sit on the chair I just squat near the chair.
(Edit) I lied I have five ways "And they are?" you may ask?
sitting on top of the table or standing
Love all of them!
Omg i fit a lot of these except not really the lemon one… I’m bi
IM LITERALLY KNOWN IN MY CLASS AS THE KID WHO SITS WEIRD
Among other things
hahaha well sounds like you're the coolest one in class then!
I'm here for puns and finger guns! I'd swap lemon for lime. :D
I’m here because I’m wearing men’s jeans and cuffed them out of necessity, then thought, “hah. Bi.”
I’m questioning. I’m not sure.
Edit: You panic whenever you watch Mariolore or @Dinobunnycosplay
Lol Finger Gun Girl Pew Pew.
hahaha!
I subbed :)
Your great! 🖤
Thank you!!
@@jennicahill np! :D
Okay, hang out with me... the finger guns... WTF? I do it all the time and I didn't know that was a bi stereotype, and my friends always find it annoying cause is like my thing omfg
Hahahaha that makes me so happy!!! 🤣 I honestly think finger guns is my fave stereotype and I own it with major pride
I’m bi but I HATE cuffed jeans
LOL fair!!!
I screamed when they said lemon flavored things….. my first music video I created was completely centered around this 😐😐😐
What!!! That's so cool! hahaha
I tell every single soul that I am Bi.😂😂😂 Even if they never asked💁
I love it!!!
OMG IM LAUGHING REALLY HARD IM DEAD 🤣 💀
😂 which one is your favorite lol
The one where you are sitting funny I was there LAUGHING 🤣
@@prod_Slit hahaha. Yeah if the shoe fits as they say! 😂
I hate jeans *finger guns* **attempts to actually sit** I am a failure at life
LOL you are not a failure, but you are a comedian!
I adore puns 🤣🤣
Other than lemonade Im sour to everything else made of lemon
Lemonade sounds delicious right now
@@jennicahill I think you missed the pun
@@peterriverajr6899 I usually do.
@@jennicahill lemons are sour. I was trying for a pun

@@jennicahill but i like lemon beverages so... :P but i guess i dont like wafers or snack bars in general
@@beomgyusapplehair3226 okay fair.
Am I the only bisexual that wears and loves belle bottom jeans. It's like the opposite of cuffed jeans
i doubt it! i would love them except i just don’t look great in them. cropped flares i can mess with for sure
Another one is tucking your shirt. I see you girl. ✅ 💖💜💙
😂💖💜💙
I wanna know what are some bi stereotypes so that I can do them😂
I have lots of black pants and I can’t cuff them
Like, physically? Or you can’t because you won’t allow it?
