I liked your rambling about Phoebe in the beginning and some of you Chris theories. It was fun.Unfortunately this is yet another episode with which I have a bit of problem. When Piper got sucked into the world she was alone with Wyatt so her friends never got to see her but logically Paige just disappeared in front of the old people and Phoebe in front of Jason! And we don't get an explanation as to what Jason saw. It's frustrating because it's common in the show that the sisters always have to come up with an excuse about why they leave their jobs or their friends and now the writers decided to skip it. I used to also have a problem as to why Wyatt went with Piper but Jason didn't go with Phoebe into the parallel world but now I realise Piper was actually holding the baby that's why.Lastly Paige's world? Totally my world, one of the reasons she's my favourite. Ps nice shirt with the the three faces of the moon, I want to get one but I want it to also have Hekate the greek goddess of magic, they usually depict with three faces too . Or maybe if I've ever got a tattoo. I want the world to know I like witchcraft 😊

The little girl played Scout in the film To Kill A Mocking Bird. I saw this episode when I was a kid when it first aired. I think of it often. TY.

To test the effectiveness of Cassidy's Ruk costume and makeup, the producers arranged for Cassidy to receive a visiting clothes dealer while costumed as Ruk. Sure enough, the salesman, who thought he was calling on Gene Roddenberry, was so frightened at Cassidy's intimidating character, he was barely coherent even as he attempted to do his pitch. However, the salesman eventually recovered, and Roddenberry ended up purchasing some pants from him.

I read another story where the pilot says I'd give an arm and a leg to save you. Realizing that is what it takes she quickly lasers of the stowaways legs and arms then her own legs. They later meet on the planet in a regrow chamber

Okay Marilyn Lee Cross was will be born in 2040, And Christianne Hirt who Played Marilyn was 20 going onto 21 when this Episode Aired so I would presume that it's 2060 or 2061, sounds like it's right on Schedule, according to the plan. I looked it up, and Rod Serling was one of the writers of this episode. You called it, the chair. get rid of all the useless weight, and run on what's needed to land. 1900 Hrs, 7PM. 😿, I'm sorry Hatful, some stories don't have happy endings, But on the plus side she hasn't been born yet. Yes it was "Examination Day" where the boy name Dickie died because he was to smart.

I've read this story a long time ago and it ended as it had to end, with her being ejected. The shot of the pilot at the end is reminiscent of Kirk at the end of City On The Edge Of Forever.

I would LOVE IT if you reacted to LD! I’ve said it before - I really enjoy your brain and speedy dry wit and would for sure tune in. That said, reacting is a huge job and a lot of effort so choose your own adventure FOR SURE - but I really hope if LD doesn’t make your upload list that you will go enjoy it like a normie without a camera or even a hat.

Ah, I don't go looking for general fan opinions for this reason. Personally, I think this version of James Kirk is my favorite. He's far more likeable, less full of himself and distasteful around women. I also really like watching La'an, someone who's tightly locked down but not actually impervious. Reminds me of my son.

Difficult to comment on this episode because I know that past you hasn't seen Lower Decks. But has present you seen Lower Decks. I will say your right, the characters from Lower Decks do have the same energy that you see here. I don't think that is a spoiler because you recognized it. I believe that if, present you, hasn't seen Lower Decks, than future you will enjoy it. And future me would watch your reaction videos to Lower Decks, even though I'm stuck in a beep chair like future Pike. And that's all I'm going to say about that.

Just in case you were confused (like I was the first time): Its alluded that the Cleaners were created sometime after the mess that they got into in the season 3 finale. I wish that the cleaners had directly mentioned this because even though the Charmed Ones became aware of that mess, plenty of viewers were confused as to why the Cleaners didn't intervene in that mess if they existed. Funfact: At 26:53 when Wyatt makes the dragon combusts with blue, white and orange orbs, he is using a hybrid of orbing and molecular combustion. If Paige had replicated Piper's power instead of Prue's to fill in the empty power of three spot, it would have looked like that. (For Phoebe's its stated she'd actually orb into the vision).

This means that had Prue given the power to Phoebe, all would have been fine. But I think it worked better in the end because Phoebe's empath power is far more stronger and potent. Funfact: The sound that plays when Piper uses her combustion power, can be heard whenever she uses telekinesis in this episode which I think is cool in how they all have a unique jingle when they use it.

Funny i don't remember anything about this episode. Must not of been very impressed by it in 1973.

Fun fact: 18yr old Howard Weinstein wrote the episode for East Meadow High's annual science fiction magazine, Probe (he was the magazine's co-editor.) He submitted the story to Dorothy Fontana but it was returned unread. A year later, he resubmitted it with a different title and in his agent's name - and they bought it in April 1974. Weinstein was the youngest person to have written a script for Star Trek.

I was watching somebody's Squid Game reaction. Got to episode 3 and decided to finish it up on your channel (BTW I noticed 5 reactors reacting to I, Tonya lately... Perhaps due to the Olympics)

The origins of this story can be found in Gene Roddenberry's early 1964 series outline, Star Trek is..., as a story proposal entitled "The Women". That synopsis reads, "Duplicating a page from the 'Old West'; hanky-panky aboard with a cargo of women destined for a far-off colony." This story outline was a candidate for being the first Star Trek pilot, alongside "The Cage" (which was eventually chosen) and "The Perfect World" (which became "The Return of the Archons"). In the revised story outline for this episode (dated 23 July 1964), there were five women, rather than three. This story was later also one of the candidates for Star Trek's second pilot episode. The other candidates were "Where No Man Has Gone Before" (which became the second pilot) and "The Omega Glory" (filmed near the end of the second season). NBC did not choose this episode as the second pilot mostly because they were worried about the central theme of "selling women throughout the galaxy" and the guest stars being "an intergalactic pimp" and "three space hookers". Teleplay writer Stephen Kandel recalled of this episode, "Gene had the idea of using a personal enhancer-allure drug, and I provided the character [of Harry Mudd]. We spent an afternoon talking about it, and out of the conversation evolved the story idea and then, of course, I wrote the story. Gene went over it in great, meticulous and obsessive detail, and then I wrote the script."
