To me. It makes sense that Leo would take the promotion. That was the entire struggle of S1-3. He loves Piper but he also really does love his job. Constantly picking his Whitelighter side than sticking by Piper. Which makes her feel abandoned. In hindsight. I love what they did. They gave us drama. And it delivered. You weren’t bored. You had something to say about extremely fictional characters that do not exist. I think Season 5 is pretty darn neat. This was my comfort season. It was fun. And I enjoyed the drama. Heck I still love the drama in 6-8 as well! There’s a lot of stuff I just looooovvvveeee in this show. And now that I have the full picture. I can appreciate it all.
It made me smile when you said “He did the Prue thing!” because I always had the impression that Chris, physically, psychologically, and in the way he fights, is very, very similar to Prue.
Again I'm impressed with how you notice and predict things like Chris being somebody's son and his reaction to Leo. Maybe I would too if I had watched the show now as an adult and after "once upon a time" cause let me tell you the first time Chris called Piper mum it was so weird but now after once it feels completely normal 😅. As for the second episode it was the only time that I wasn't worried that the show was going to get cancelled cause I thought "they wouldn't ended like that" and I was morbidly curious as to what would happen with Piper and Leo. Don't you dare writers. Also I loved Paige in this from the fact that she's the first to acknowledge the problem to her becoming the goddess of war, which I'm sure Prue would too if she was in her place, to her lines "kiss the hand of the Paige" and of course "my wife thinks I'm up there here's to the elders 🤣 I always pause it and laugh for a minute when I'm rewatcing.Lastly can we talk about that even with god powers Phoebe was the most useless, Piper destroyed the titans with Paige helping a little but all she did was raise money 😅
Oh i wouldn't be too impressed. The mystery of Chris is going to make me make every single possible guess ever. 🤣 And yes, after once upon a time, no age gaps feel weird anymore. In the final battle I did notice that Phoebe basically did nothing.
