Great video, thank you for this. Do any of these floorplans have a utility sink in the laundry room or garage? This may seem silly, but no utility sink would prevent me from purchasing any of these models. It would drive me nuts not having one.

Thanks for the excellent video! Loving the precast concrete. The fences are an interesting addition. Sadly none of the floor plans would work for us, due to the master baths. In the past TV sales agents had told us that TV catered to retirees by ensuring the master bath was wheelchair accessible so you could age in place. Sad to see no Roman Showers and cramped bathrooms.

Still 46 and a working stiff, but hope for early retirement to the villages some day. Love the TVE adventures. I am definitely a West Coaster so a bit worried about all the hurricane stuff and moving to Florida. Did you guys have any concern before you moved into the Villages? Are some of the Villages more prone to flooding than other parts. They must have to do a lot of work on drainage! Keep the videos coming. Thanks.

Love seeing that TV is doing retention ponds right. I'm okay if the golf courses flood, so long as the houses and roads don't. I'm in central Texas and, like TV, we don't get the full effects of a hurricane like Houston or Galveston do, but we get can get the rain, flooding, wind, and tornado watches, very similar to what you're showing here. TV is in a great location in FL. The coasts are so beautiful, but there's no way I would ever consider moving to a coastal city in FL, as much as part of me would love to. I really appreciate you taking the extra step to add a map to your video today. TV is enormous and that map is a huge help. And OMG, that ENTIRE empty lot and the guy parks right in front of you. I'm dying. People are so funny.

I did not care for the first one at all. I did like the Jubilee C but I wish it had the laundry room the size of the pantry. I wasn't wowed by any until The Dabney C! No on the Everett C there is nothing about that awkward floorplan that would entice me. The Franklin C had a nice kitchen and the extra bedroom is a plus. Like you I'm not a fan of the front door opening up to the living space. The Dabney - C would be my only choice! Love the new home tours thank you!😀

We are there 3 to 4 times a year to cruise, but it is not our choice for beach vacay. Take care and thank you both for taking us along on your experience! Thank you for the video update 🙏🏻 As “snowbirds”, we have checked with our neighbors down there who assured us our house in Newell is still standing 😂 But Mickylee is pretty much my home course, and I appreciate seeing what you’re going through this week. It’s funny to see trees that are normally on land submerged near the ponds. This just shows how well designed everything in the Villages is designed, and I’m sure Parks & Recreation will be out there ASAP assessing and repairing, and getting everything operational again. Appreciate you taking the time to give us this update, as we are all curious and a bit worried. Stay safe, and keep up the good work 👊🏻

I’m partial to the floor plan that was your favorite. It looks like they hired a new architect because they actually have some different floor plans.

I feel like ya'll had a bit of a wet leadup to the storm, too. I worked up there a couple of days last week and ran into some strong afternoon rains both days.

Thanks for the updates...I enjoy watching your videos. I retired at age 52 and turning 66 at the end of this month. My wife is less than three years from retirement but has no desire to move to Florida. However, I can still dream. Cheers!

Hi Michael, I agree with you I like number three house better than the rest. That's a nice bowling alley! Lol, All the houses are nice but I really love my house and don't think that I will ever sell it.Mine is on a coner on a pond with 2500 sq feet with a huge lani. Thanks for sharing. I know the Villages has great activities but the designer homes and other homes look very cookie cutter and not designer. I think we’ll stay in the beautiful state of North Carolina.

Palm trees are heavy with hanging dead palm fronds. Dead palm fronds are scattered about where I live. Too bad the trees aren’t better maintained.
