Michael and Tiffany, I am still watching you two newbees, because you are so funny! Just allowing you two to get aclimated for a year or two and see if your desires are meeting your needs in the TV!
Hi Tiffany and Michael! Enjoyed the video. You actually drove by our new lot in Well Point. Our designer house will be built and we will close in late January. Moving in during last week of January. Can’t wait! We picked the location because it is centrally located to Magnolia, Fenney, Sawgrass, Eastport and Middleton. Hard to beat! Good luck with your house/lot search!
Just came across your Vlog. Nice drive. My wife and I live here 365. Just wanted to contribute to your video about Premier homes. A Premier Home neighborhood in The Villages is indicated by dual lamp Lamp Posts. The Ausprey Premier Home is a redesignation of the Bridgeport model. There are a few aesthetic changes but the layout is identical. I know. My wife and I bought a Bridgeport in September 2021 in Citrus Grove. A three-car Bridgeport with 2225 sqft. of airconditioned space. We toured the Ausprey model as some retired military buds were contemplating buying in The Villages recently. Ultimately, they (their wives) decided on Lattitude at Margaritaville, Daytona.
We bought a Tall Pine Model in Moultrie Creek, I chose the house because of the location, we have a concrete wall in the back of the house and all the lanai's on our side of the street face the same way, so you don't have kissing lanai's so we have privacy and also our lanai faces north, so no sun!! We moved in on Wed!
Love your videos so much guys, this one really helped me see the different options one has for a nice bigger home, with a pool and more private. They do exist. :) Thanks....
Jeff and Ellen here from Charlotte in town for our design visit. Building in Wellpoint and staying at Kristen villas this week. Thanks for the “awesome “ videos.
Hi , We will be in TV in a little over a week for our design meeting. Building a designer home on one of the ponds in Wellpoint. Very excited for our next adventure in life. Hope to meet up with our new neighbors early next year.
Love your videos. I met you back in July at our live style visit. We also liked the Ottawa for the same reasons. We close escrow on it on mid November.
Love your Sunday rides. Reminds me when my dad would take us on Sunday rides. Thank you for sharing your adventures and tips when looking for a home.❤❤❤❤ Have a great week.😊
FYI, as hinted at below, they will allow you to build a premier home in a designer neighborhood now. I have a home in the designer neighborhood behind Saluki Rec. CTR.. and it’s a mix of premier and designer homes
Hello Michael and Tiffany it's a perfect day for a golf cart ride. I like that house and the color is perfect. Yes I agree western lani is not good. Thanks for the tour of the new areas and hope you both have an awesome week!!!
Another amazing and informative video, Michael! Agree that it would be a good idea to have Sunday Golf Cart rides exploring the new areas in/around TV since it is growing/changing so fast and you know the area so well. Also, it was a pleasant surprise to meet you and Tiffany by chance earlier this week. Appreciate the conversation.
Love the videos and you guys have helped with our search. We looked at WellPoint on our visit during Milton…our family asked if we were evacuating and we said “no, part of the decision making process” 😊so glad we stayed. We, like you, are still looking for the perfect lot/home…can’t wait to be there full time like you guys very soon 🤞
Agree with you about the sun placement…liked the Enclave but no exterior lots. Enjoyed our Lifestyle Visit 2 weeks ago-had a great time in TV. Hubby was unable to play golf due to the water issue from Milton. Want to do another visit in January
Hi Mike and Tiffany, just found your channel and enjoyed this tour of Well Point. We just bought a homesite there, had our design visit, and our new home will be constructed by February! We’re excited and think this will be a great neighborhood.
Thank you for another great video. There is also a new home construction area in the north next to the Cordoba postal center and the homes are fantabulous!!! They haven't been released yet.
We have a south west facing lanai and have phenomenal sunsets, don’t rule them out. Umbrellas and motorized shades are your friend for the few hours where the sun goes down before you have one of mother natures free shows.
Enjoyed your Sunday video! I drove by you all on my way home from church today and thought “There goes Tiffany and Michael! Hope they’re having a fun day.” Now I know you were. 🙂 The Osprey floor plan is a lovely one! We considered it back when it was part of the designer/veranda model line. Then it was called a Bridgeport in the designer and a Livingston in the Veranda. (Back then, two years ago, they weren’t building anymore premier homes.) We finally decided on a Linden, which they don’t build anymore but is similar to the Burrowing Owl. And boy do I hear you about the lanai direction, ours faces northeast, and it makes a huge difference in the summer months. Wish you both all the best on your forever house hunt!
Love your videos! Coming for our lifestyle visit Thanksgiving week and we’ve been told we are staying in the Christoper Villas. This is our second attempt after our first had to be rescheduled due to Milton. It’s going to be awesome!
San Tropez will be a Village Rec Center like Homestead, Franklin, Fish Hawk, etc. The Regional Rec Centers are Ezell, Everglades, Rohan, Seabreeze, etc. Neighborhood Rec Centers have the adult (30 years old +) pool like Well Point, Citrus Grove, Dabney, Hilsborough, Buttonwood, etc. I’m full time with a west facing lanai. I have a mini split and spend all of my time in the lanai even in the summer.
The Villages offers a 9 foot outer wall option with 8 foot inner doors and higher windows that will make the home appear higher. No premier homes there. Also as mentioned in other comments they have double lights in a priemer area. Since The Enclave is 3/4 done The Villages may build another premier area but no news on that so far.
Please take a look at the Arlington model. It’s a courtyard Villa. The floor plan was bigger and more spacious than a lot of the designer home when we were looking. We have a oversized lot plenty of room for two pools.
FYI the homes along Shallow Creek golf course on Jeff Anderson Way and on Carmen Rene Way are Premier Homes with Premier and Designer homes across the street.
You are very smart to take your time. Your choice of lot is so important. It is the one thing you can’t change after you purchase. I think I would be leaning toward a re-sale. For many reasons. The owners may have already done many upgrades to the home. Mature landscaping would be appealing. The bond may already be paid off. By the time the new area’s landscaping matures ---I won’t be around to see it.
Hi Michael. Not related to this particular video, and I've seen your previous videos on your Evolution, but can you please give an update on your golf cart? I'm considering the purchase of the same model Any issues so far? How is the dealer? Responsive? I joined an Evolution FB group and there seems to be a lot of issues. Thank you. Edit: also, is your cart street-legal? I'm closing on Dec. 26. Trying to learn all I can about golf carts. 2nd Edit: Just reached the end of your video where you talk about your golf cart.
For anyone who is not in a coma or hasn't drunk the Villages' new construction Koolaid, the number of resale homes in the Villages is at an all-time high, which is where all the awesome-awesome values are as prices are falling...........
Thank you so much for this wonderful ride through Well Point. We're here this week for our design meeting for our house we're building on Roosa Run and loved seeing the variety of homes available in this awesome village!
Please provide more information how the lottery works for the homesites. How does it work? Does The Villages notified when the homesites are being released and put names in a hat and draw to see who gets first choice?
We drive around and look at homes for years. Or we will drive around and look at Christmas lights on homes. What we are doing now, putting Permanent Christmas lights on our home and program the lights from an App on your cellphone. There's a lot lights to choose from, and you can use them for security , or any holidays throughout the year . I don't know if your HOA in the villages, have strict rules. If the homes sell fast, how will the buyer have a chance to buy a home , let their seller know about it ?
What exactly is this lottery system that you talk about from time to time? I don’t understand it. And why do you need to enter a lottery to buy a home?
When saying you are looking for another home within the villages why are you already looking only being there for a short amount of time? Is there something you dislike about the model you purchased? Is there more research that people should do?
Went to Boosters this afternoon (about 2:30). Thought we’d take in some NFL football games. They told the people in front of us, “Over an hour wait” 🙄 We left … probably won’t go back again 😏 What’s a “Jack & Jill” bath? 🤷🏼♂️ You pay a premium for a water view, a view of a preserve, or a golf course. A BIG premium! It’s not for everyone. We have a view of a multimodal path, and a major road and love it. ❤ we say “hi” or wave to everyone going by. We had a courtyard villa for our lifestyle visit. Sat out on the lanai with a cup of coffee the first two days and looked at the wall. … Boring Never went out there the rest of the stay. Everyone wants something different. And our lanai faces west. Love the sunsets! 👍🏻 I call it the “golden hour”. But, we ARE getting a shade installed 😉 I drive my eBike through the Enclave the other evening. I can’t believe how many houses they’re building there. Very few lots left.
Jack and Jill bath is a bathroom between two bedrooms. So Jack and Jill (son and daughter) lol…can both use it. Also so agree about a wall so closterphobic.
Thank you again for another awesome video!
Nice video and presentation. Couldn't help but see all the chemtrails in the sky, though.
Michael and Tiffany, I am still watching you two newbees, because you are so funny! Just allowing you two to get aclimated for a year or two and see if your desires are meeting your needs in the TV!
Love our Sunday golf rides. Thankyou 🥰 Think you have further south on your minds 😉

Fantastic ride today. Loved the Sunday series. I hope you both find your awesome, awesome home of your dreams.
We were lucky enough to get a veranda home in Sophie’s Point on the pitch and putt golf course. Love the home and location.

Osprey, not Ausprey! lol
Hi Tiffany and Michael. Awesome ride. Thank you so much. I'm loving the Sunday series. Lots to see. Have a great week!
Thank you for sharing Michael and Tiffany. Very nice area.
Nice ride through. Can’t wait to do that as well when we get there

Jeff and Ellen here from Charlotte in town for our design visit. Building in Wellpoint and staying at Kristen villas this week. Thanks for the “awesome “ videos.
We did the same thing last week. Kristen Villas was so convenient. Closing Feb 12. Good luck and see you around the neighborhood.
Hi , We will be in TV in a little over a week for our design meeting. Building a designer home on one of the ponds in Wellpoint. Very excited for our next adventure in life. Hope to meet up with our new neighbors early next year.
Thanks for the tour and information!
Your best one yet. Thanks for sharing your faith.
This was fun. Thanks so much.

Love your Sunday rides. Reminds me when my dad would take us on Sunday rides. Thank you for sharing your adventures and tips when looking for a home.❤❤❤❤
Have a great week.😊
My Lifestyle visit was last week and I stayed in a house named Harmony, in WellPoint.
FYI, as hinted at below, they will allow you to build a premier home in a designer neighborhood now. I have a home in the designer neighborhood behind Saluki Rec. CTR.. and it’s a mix of premier and designer homes
Thanks for the shoutout. Our lifestyle stay was on Holtz Terrace. Closing day is Feb 12th. See you around the neighborhood. Don
Enjoyed your ride today. Love the Sunday ride. ❤
Hello Michael and Tiffany it's a perfect day for a golf cart ride. I like that house and the color is perfect. Yes I agree western lani is not good. Thanks for the tour of the new areas and hope you both have an awesome week!!!
My lanai faces west and we love it that way. We love the setting sun against the palm trees behind our wall. We have a courtyard.
Another amazing and informative video, Michael! Hi Mike and Tiffany, just found your channel and enjoyed this tour of Well Point. We just bought a homesite there, had our design visit, and our new home will be constructed by February! We’re excited and think this will be a great neighborhood.
We drove down there Friday. Lots of activity!
We went to the opening of the live oaks pitch n putt. They have both there the golf course and the pitch n putt. We got a swag bag with a nice hat!!

One thing I notice is a short driveway…, up in Sumter we have long drive ways

Groovy episode.

Sunday Series👍
FYI the homes along Shallow Creek golf course on Jeff Anderson Way and on Carmen Rene Way are Premier Homes with Premier and Designer homes across the street.
First I’ve heard you mention a lottery. Please tell us more on that subject.
Thanks
You are very smart to take your time. Your choice of lot is so important. It is the one thing you can’t change after you purchase.

We are coming Nov 16 -20
What is the quality of the construction, in your opinion, if they build them so quickly?
When I bought my villa in Monarch Grove the Villages description of the area was “a little off the beaten path”
That was in 2020
💙💙💙
Interesting how they're building new homes like crazy, yet resales are sitting inordinately with few interested purchasers.
New to considering the Villages. Are there many singles buying homes? Or is it mostly couples?
When did the stop doing curbing and drainage where the property meets the roadway? Terrible idea with amount of rain that FL gets.
Why do the not have any sidewalks?
That cart is smoooooth and quiet. Thanks ❤ for all the information
Do you bid on these new houses and are there multiple bids? For example like in cities around the states?
Thank you so much for this wonderful ride through Well Point. We're here this week for our design meeting for our house we're building on Roosa Run and loved seeing the variety of homes available in this awesome village!
The problem with a north facing lanai is it seems the interior of the home could be dark.
Please provide more information how the lottery works for the homesites. How does it work? Does The Villages notified when the homesites are being released and put names in a hat and draw to see who gets first choice?
Great job 👏 thank you
Are there any two story homes ?
What is the price on those homes?
Where is the link to that premier home in your video?
Do they build any tiny houses there?
How far of a ride in a golf cart is it from Wellpoint to Brownwood County Square?
I noticed Jerry now says “Bee hive of activity”. I wonder where he got that from 🤔
What are lifestyle visits costing these days?
What are the monthly HOA fees? >$500.00 a month?
So what is the desirable orientation of a home if you live there year-round?
What is the cost of an Ottawa?
What's the price on those lovely homes
Was that house on the water 6119 Hannan Loop? Do you know what is sold for?
We heard you say Lottery. Can you explain that?
Are you already considering a different home? Maybe I missed that in the video, as to reasons
We do not have an HOA in The Villages
Why are there no sidewalks?
I had an offer on that Ottawa but did not get it
It looks like you have to drive through the premier neighborhood to get to the lifestyle cottage neighborhood...not ideal.😮
Aren’t the bonds real high in the new areas? I’m 1 to 3 years away from hoping to buy in TV
What exactly is this lottery system that you talk about from time to time? I don’t understand it. And why do you need to enter a lottery to buy a home?
Since there are no sidewalks, are you allowed to ride a bike or scooter or skateboard in the street? What about walking a dog in your neighborhood?
When saying you are looking for another home within the villages why are you already looking only being there for a short amount of time? Is there something you dislike about the model you purchased? Is there more research that people should do?
SMH who in the world can afford 500,000 to a million ?
I think the builders could be more creative in their design ! They all look the same whether you call them designer or premier . I don’t get it ?
Went to Boosters this afternoon (about 2:30). Thought we’d take in some NFL football games.
They told the people in front of us,
“Over an hour wait” 🙄
We left
… probably won’t go back again 😏
What’s a “Jack & Jill” bath? 🤷🏼♂️
You pay a premium for a water view, a view of a preserve, or a golf course.
… Boring
Never went out there the rest of the stay.
Everyone wants something different.
And our lanai faces west. Love the sunsets! 👍🏻 I call it the “golden hour”.
But, we ARE getting a shade installed 😉
I drive my eBike through the Enclave the other evening. I can’t believe how many houses they’re building there. Very few lots left.

Great informative video....THX
