Hi Brit. hm. You say that the employer must give you three weeks hollyday in the summer, thats right but you as employed are guilty to take three weeks a row in the summer too, so that is a two way roule. That is for to guarante you get a good rest. you cant take a week now and then five times a year. And you can also save your fifth week untill next year, Now im not sure but i think you also can save up to tre weeks (three years) before you take it out.

You don't need to talk Danish. You can talk Swedish to a Dane. We can talk Danish to a Swede. I have a lot of Swedish friends 200 km North East of Gøteborg. Conversation is no problem. It takes 5-10 minutes to adjust. Skånsk is a pain, I agree.

When you see Swedish movies in Netflix for example you dont get the impression that all Swedes are "stereotypical". They brake laws, cheat, booze up, and get into fights. Maybe all those movies are just wishful thinking of a lifesyle they would prefer. My son dates a Swedish girl and she was loud and feisty.

Be careful not to generalize an entire country from the few friends you've met in your new Swedish town (is it Västerås? Like in mid-Sweden, Stockholm area?) I am not specifically talking about this video, it's just the impression I get from having watched a few of them. What you have experienced in your town doesn't necessarily translate to most of the country. There is actually quite a difference from the Samis in the north of Sweden to the Scanians in the south. Imagine me having spent some time in Scotland and now I tell people how most British people are fond of their bagpipes and haggis. Instead of telling the world how Swedes are, maybe you should talk about how you see people in your area of Sweden.

You don’t need to run or do anything like gym. If you don’t like coffee don’t drink it. What city do you live in? Yes I had a hard time with winter darkness. During winter sun, more daylight, starts around 8:30 to 9:00 and goes down around 15:00 to 16:00. During the summer the sun gives diwn around 22:00 and upp around 2:00. So I had problems sleeping att first when the sun came in the room making everything bryter. Yes swedes drinks a lot of coffee and eats a lot of candy. And those who like alcohol, beer, whisky etc, you will have to bye it in systembolagets shops. I will give you a tip. Speak slower so everyone can understand you. You seem hipper have you been drinking to much coffee? 😂All countries has some good and bad qualities. Take care 😊
