Absolutely love what you have done with your kitchen space. It looks like a really cozy and practical space. I also think that little rustic table is perfect for the space near your armchair. The tablecloth your mother fashioned for you looks perfect and covers the rather stark glass table. All in all it is beginning to be you and your aesthetic. Little by little you will have created your own little cozy haven.

Your kitchen looks very welcoming! I need to go to a antique store to try to find some decorative brackets so I can put a shelf in my kitchen.

I walk my little dog every morning and sometimes begrudge it, I need to start to think of it as my morning walk, not just hers. Small suggestion, you have 2 lovely wooden chopping boards, if you rub them with a little fractionated coconut oil they really benefit, it feeds the wood.

Gratitude practice has been a blessing for me in very the past 8 years. It has helped me through so much. I am going to try the gratitude journaling at night! Urban dwelling is very trying… but parks especially those in London are great escapes! I love meandering through Hyde park. I live in the Bay Area in California. I live in an urban environment but my home is 10 min walk from the shoreline of the Bay. Walking there in the fresh sea air is soooo beneficial. Walking, gratitude practice and getting in nature is awesome medicine! Thank you for sharing!

The scenery and your wonderful herbal supplies are truly beautiful and it brings such happiness to see you share them. It was so lovely to hear your meaningful words about gratitude. Due to an injury I am not able to enjoy the lovely countryside around my home as usual this week and felt sorry to be away from the autumn colours and nice weather, but the video brought them to me and made me realise I have so much to be thankful for.
