show me a benchmark (playtime) with same CPU/GPU/RAM no OC where windows 10 have more than 1200 fps or some avg fps like you see on this video.

You do indeed get more FPS with Windows 10 then Windows 11 (atleast on lower budget computer builds), but the «sad» part, isnt really sad, that was a joke. Your FPS is really good. What FPS display tool (software) are you using?

@@Repz98 nothing to apolozise and i know w10 runs a little better but atm on high setups w11 runs really good and the fps difference is like nothing. using msi afeterburner.

is the most consistent in relation to this test. public servers have ping problems, playing high ping problem and many more problem that can affect your performance. this test its only to see performance changes nothing more.

@@FocusGamlng Test on empty servers or a workshop benchmark. Bots tax a lot the cpu in the system which doesn't reflect an actual real game. Also what does ping have to do with fps??

@@MrNachun high ping players affect server stability and it will affect your game performance and even in many cases just the join and left players can cause instability on your performance.

no, no OC... depends on your cpu cooler and how faster the fans are... my cooler is around 80% of is max speed and pc fans around 50%. but, 70 C while gaming i would say is not bad.

try to adjust some Nvidia settings for cs2.

like, on this kinda of setup i dont notice to much difference in avg fps but after all updates i feel the game running better. setups where you see better the game improvements will the the setups who struggle to get 400 + fps.

@@FocusGamlng nvm im legit retarded and didn't realize in-game telemetry for frame time shows a really weird and "wrong" average. downloaded RTSS to compare 1:1 with you and even on a 4070S (thought this might somehow influence frame times) my frame times are identical to yours.

i did not enable expo for set the ram to 6000 MHz... on bios i did change only DRAM Frenquency to 6000mhz

@@ryancopeland7217 there is o option expo that have few options - auto, expo I, expo II... mine is on auto by default . the only one i changed was DRAM Frenquency from 4800 to 6000mhz. all of it without touching on expo settings. i hope i was clear now

I have very similar specs to yours but i find the game like having high frame times. I've tried deleting cache and having XPO turned on etc. how'd you get yours to be so smooth?

@@raidan3123 nvidia settings for cs2 try performance, windows power plan to high performance... and dont use HD native resolution for desktop.

@@FocusGamlng Figured out the problem. For some reason the monitoring on my msi afterburner was causing issues. After i closed it out of the tray system it's been fine. I also think the rgb lighting stuff did it. I am wondering why my frametimes taking a hit from msi afterburner

i know that, normally from 700 fps it drop to 400 fps if you stay to much time holding the scorecoard. very rare i open the scoreboard when im doing the benchmarks. (some times i forget about it and...) but yah, dont hold tab to long ;)

for what i know the 13900k is a great cpu for gaming (probably the intel best one) and for sure your setup should reach better performance. i dont use OC on my setup so i will recommend any OC only to play cs2. if you dint mess yet with windows/nvidia performance settings, i recommend it... the most used are very easy to find guides on youtube. but if you really want a change, the r7 7800x3d is better for cs2. well, the 7950x3d with half of the cores disabled is the same as a 7800x3d but higher cost.

7800x3d is actually better at gaming than the 7950x3d so just be aware of that before you splurge on a new build.

@@vzombi2v true, but for someone who already own a 7950x3d, you can disable half of the cores and it will perform like a 7800x3d.

you should not care that much about it if your ingame performance is good. but, low gpu usage is normal on cs2 and more normal when we use low resolutions with a gpu like the 4090. (so no problem here) about the cpu, try to check all the cores usage and probably you will see all other cores with higher usage... after all that you still want higher cpu usage you can try to change windows power plan to high performance.

depends on your CPU cooler and im not running at max RPM (cooler around 80% and fans are on quiet atm).

@@jsh722 laptop performance dont reach a desktop performances (pcs with same specs). but still, your laptop is not bad and the performance should be good. (not equal as you see on this video but close enough atleast to play CS2)

if not the same, it will be almost the same. that build is great too and if you see your fps are low you can just disable some of the 14900k cores.

i dont do that kinda of videos but i can tell you how. dont start recording while ingame. ALT TAB from CS2, start the record while on desktop and then go back to the game. you can stop recording ingame any time you want.

considering that cs2 takes more advantage from cpus i would chose the 7800x3d. but try to search for benchmark videos with 7800x3d and rtx 3070 to see if is that kinda fps you are looking for.

Definitely cpu. I upgraded to 4070ti from 3070 and fps was the same 🤦🏽‍♂️

you mean the game end result? The game reads "P1 > 1% lows, the slowest 1% of frames, basically the lowest your FPS got over the whole run" the rtss 1% low is not the lowest from the whole run, its the current 1% low. (is like your normal fps reads, goes up and down)

Rtss 1% low is stuck at 399-400 entire benchmark yet at the end is 265 from benchmark, i dont know which one is correct

if im not wrong 6200mhz is not recomended for the 7800x3d. try to run it at 4800, 5200 or 6000 max. you can try also. windows power plan on performance. Nvidia 3D settings performance. yes, be careful with Rivatuner if you gonna play premier or competitive with it. Rivatuner will trigger Trust Factor.

i would not say that but using rivatuner is better and remember "he results from this benchmark shouldn't be compared against real competitive matches, due to your client having to simulate the entire game, which doesn't happen when playing on a server." when i play 5v5 on official server, rivatuner dont hold 400 fps 1% low, not even 300 fps 1% low all the time. in my opinion, for someone who dont want use rivatuner, uncapped frames will feel smoother.
