4090 Overkill for 1080p but still awesome performance, could even push everything to max as it would likely not do anything to the gpu performance wise

I have very similar specs to yours but i find the game like having high frame times. I've tried deleting cache and having XPO turned on etc. how'd you get yours to be so smooth?

@@raidan3123 nvidia settings for cs2 try performance, windows power plan to high performance... and dont use HD native resolution for desktop.

@@FocusGamlng Figured out the problem. For some reason the monitoring on my msi afterburner was causing issues. After i closed it out of the tray system it's been fine. I also think the rgb lighting stuff did it. I am wondering why my frametimes taking a hit from msi afterburner
