Hi everyone i odered my parts for my echo pb265ln back pack blower. Still not working. Change carburetor fuel lines air filter prime bulb new 2 cycle gas gaskets muffler screen s.plug. anything else iam missing? Or just go buy a new one?

Maybe you can answer a question for me. Even though it’s July, I whipped out my still practically brand new snow blower, and after starting it I noticed an oily fluid with some tannish beige color sputtering out of the tube connected to the OHV cover. I have literally one use of the blower and it’s inside a garage for storage away from any elements. Is this good or bad? Do I return it or repair it?

What do you do when the gas will not fill up the prime bulb? And how do you tighten up the throttle cable? I have this one also not to many RUclips channel on this mode. One more question I bought some spark plugs on Amazon they have a different number here it is BPMR8V MY ECHO NUMBER is BPMR8Y, can I use the one from Amazon or should I send them back. I have always used echo brand s.plugs. thx M

The chrome bumper is a horrible test material. Even if you had set the correct emissivity shiny materials like that are notoriously inaccurate to measure. For this test to have been in any way valid you would need to test against some materials that have a known surface temperature.

I have an oem cable and oem brake. My blade belt keeps breaking after about 3 mows. Shredding like crazy. Doesn’t matter if it’s oem or Chinese. No clue why all of a sudden it has started doing that. Worked great for years and now I spend more time changing the blade belt than the mower runs.

As someone who has tried all brands of headsets, I would recommend the Xbox wired headset. I think it's the one John uses but it's difficult to tell. They work great, and the mute button is on the earpiece so it doesn't mute you by accident. Price is about $50 US.

Don't use that tool I turn the cable a bit and it brought tooth level with slit needle nose one squeeze it fell off so fast that tool is crazy

Wow, you have just saved me so much future trouble! It’s mid July, we’re in the middle of a killer heat wave and I’m out in my garage working on this same monster snow blower! I was getting ready to button it up when this video popped up. I noticed the cable and brake bushings not spinning but I thought they were supposed to be that way…so glad I saw this! I had to remove the hex shaft assembly on this one to replace a broken snap ring on it, didn’t think I’d ever get it back together again! I want everything right on this machine because I NEVER want to see it in here again lol. Thanks for the video!

I've got the same engine. Hard to start when cold, and impossible when hot. I'm guessing the carb needs cleaning. Choke linkages all appear correct and move freely.
