- A wallowed out 5/16 tapped hole inside the handle mounting boss made me think of an alternate fix to get my dear friend Nellie back up and mowing in 2 hours time. Enjoy! Thanks to my good friend Tom of RUclips channel “Vintage Engine Repair” for convincing me to anneal a hardened bushing. Thanks Mate! A full video on the creation of this screw is coming up!

She called me when she got home just a few minutes ago and asked when I could come by to look at it and I said oh you didn’t look at it? It’s already fixed. She was thrilled.!
