The fifth and final part of a series of videos covering a birding trip to Alaska in June 2022.
Part Five covers a few days spent in Utqiagvik (formerly known as Barrow) on the north coast of Alaska, which offers some unrivalled arctic birding opportunities.
Most of the trip was undertaken as part of Wings Birding Tours' Majestic of the North trip, including this Utqiagvik (Barrow) extension, with additional days added before and after the scheduled dates.

    Beautiful shots! At minute 23:12 the Lesser Yellowlegs shows a green flag on his left tibia. Do you know where it had been ringed (or banded) before?

    I noticed the Title had "Birding in Alaska 2002 - Part Two: The Kenai Peninsula" vs I think the correct year is " Birding in Alaska 2022 - Part Two: The Kenai Peninsula". I just wanted you to be aware. I grew up in Alaska and really miss it. You did an excellent job on all the videos and a description of all the birds. I am sorry that Covid changed your itinerary some. But I hope you enjoyed your trip and congratulations on seeing so many places and Birds in Alaska. I learned things and some go to places myself for my next trip there.

    Great series of videos thus far, Greg. I visited all these areas in June 2019. Main memories of Tanglefoot Inn are a brief swim in the lake (brrr!) and a great look at a pair of Barrow's Goldeneye on a nearby pond.

    Beautiful birds and very good video. I got nervous when the background music continued for over 3 minutes, and I thought it would be like that to the end… But luckily it stopped , and as an introduction it is welcome 😊 Many videos on youtube has a never ending loud background music, that is very annoying and can only mean that they think the actual content is not good and need to be drowned in bad music.

    When I see the video I see dirt and plastic every where , that annoys me terribly . And when I see the the small parts of nature that rest for birds it makes me angry . Mankind is destroying here too. I would make my trip to Gambia a let down. We better don't go there anymore , tourisme makes it only worse. Sorry for not being positive.
