Hi Bella, I completely relate to what you speak. I've been always attractive and intelligent, but I didn't thrive but fed to toxic jealous people because I didn't have support system who would help me navigate these situations effectively. I also grew up with narcissistic people who were the first toxic jealous people who saw me as their competition and these people at home set me up to be submissive prey to toxic people outside home and spawned all following abuses and violences I endured my whole life. When I came home back from school opening up about how I got bullied, they instilled me the belief that there's something inherently wrong about me and that I should be quiet and ignore it. How they groomed me eventually destroyed professional and personal lives. I got isolated from social circle and got nobody to hang out with. I try to get back on my feet. How do I show up at party alone without feeling embarrassed and insecure? How did you navigate your family? After my family destroyed my relationship with my partner, I got no contact with them.

What you said about addressing it right away is true. People are animals and if you don’t address it thinking you’re being the bigger person, oh it’s not a big deal, etc. they actually think you’re dumb and then it gets worse. For me personally, sometimes I didn’t have the energy for it but I’ve built myself up where I have to make the energy for it. You HAVE to make the time to address it.

It’s not even that, you just expect different from people.

I so appreciate you making this video. I relate. It is so nice to hear someone speaking a language I can relate to. People will specifically target you and sometimes even try to unalive you all because your beauty and light expose the way they look. Needless to say, I had to learn lessons around boundaries , self respect, self worth, etc . I had a neglectful childhood. No family structure or support. No one that taught me anything, so when a toxic person came along pretending that they were my saviors , I took the help. And boy, have I paid the price !

I'm tall and skinny but with hips. Some people think model types are not pretty. My dad doesn't like skinny women and used to tell me I was too skinny. Ironically though I inherited my body from him.
