If you can tolerate celery, it's a negative calorie food. It takes more calories for your body to burn it, than the celery has. It'll help fill you up for nothing.
that's actually a common misconception. unless you chew a single stick of celery for over half an hour, its not "negative calories" :/

This was very informative. I find funny we have quite a few of those in our kitchen at my house. Except the stuff with fish/shrimp/shellfish(basically anything along those lines) in it. As the alcohols(explanation in reply to this.)
1. Just wanted to mention that if you or family member or friend are allergic to fish/seafood Vegan fish sauce exist my Dad & my older brother use Ocean's Halo because they have an allergy to seafood (Dad's allergic to all forms of seafood, we even avoid stuff like seaweed just in case). 2. Mentioning this in any Vegan Oyster also exists, My Dad uses(I'm typing this as looking at bottle of it in our kitchen so typing this as I'm reading the label) Gluten free Vegan Oyster flavored Sauce Brand name is: Lee Kum Kee
3. For Hoisin sauce my Dad & older brother use Vegetarian Hoisin sauce Also made by Lee Kum Kee . By the way I have no intention of undermining you're video just wanted to suggest some alternatives for people with seafood allergies.
I'm not sure how much of important the details about those sauces I listed is important/relevant. Also apologies for the formatting of my comments I'm typing on my phone and I'm dyslexic so apologies for any spelling/grammar errors or anything along those lines.
