Is plastic intake flows better. Yes that is dyno proven. Intake up grade to 72mm Throttle body helps alot. That cold air intake is a joke😂 how can you call a hot air intake cold.
Question! When I go to tighten the pump nut the pump is just turning over. Not turning the gears even. Where my baring tool will even engage. Just spinning the pump over and pushing fuel out of it. Do you know why it won’t let me tighten it?! Driving me crazy rn

Hey Marcus, good video but im currently stuggling with getting the 27mm drive gear nut tightened. Ive got my rachet/cheater& support to keep the crank from spinning) BUT, i CANNOT seem to keep the pump shaft from spinning and get the damn nut to actually tighten up. ANY suggestions?And do you know if i need to align the CP3 shaft to any particular location, before putting it in place? Apparently the 6.7 needs to have the shaft oriented to the 9:00 O'clock position. ANY help/enlightenment would be greatly appreciated! Oh yeah, early '07 5.9 Cheers, Victor

I’m having trouble getting all keepers back in and I think it’s because everything isn’t lined up
I went to put my new pully on my new zf style pump and saw it didn’t fit flush like the stock one but then saw this video and it made me feel a lot better seeing yours looked exactly like mine

Hey could you do this on a 93 Chevy 1500 extended cab I’m thinking of buying one because it’s hard to find now a days that came from the factory like that and I’ve seen many people do these swaps but they start up with no clutch and I want it to start with clutch it would help me a lot

Great video but I have a question do you have to drop the tank to cut the power feed wires to the stock intank lift pump? So in other words do you have to cut the power wires to the fuel pump inside the sending unit?
...thanks for the vid. It's the most realistic install showing the real condition of the under parts... Most "How to install" videos show that there's no rust, no dirt and absolutely zero difficulty to remove old worn-out bolts, nuts and parts. Of course, their install of the new components takes less than 30-minutes, and goes on so easy - you don't even need to have your eyes open to do it! (Lol...) The reality of DIY Jeep care and maintenance, if you actually use your Jeep *as intended on/off road - removing the ol'parts can be a bear..!
Hey man I just got done doing my nv3500 swap and I’m having trouble getting into gear like the slave isn’t engaging or something I bless the slave pedal feels pretty stiff I think it might have something too do with that electrical connector that came with the master cylinder how did you go about wiring that up is it needed?
