She should have just walked away. She took it too far in my opinion.

I think she could have handled it better. Not minimizing her hurt, but walking away would have made a powerful statement. Also, he must have been getting some good sleep for him not to feel those clippers making contact with his dome. 😆 And as a fellow loc head, he messed up with not having his locs in a scarf or bonnet.

Wow! I'm speechless. 😢 I guess that is symbolic of the level of hurt she was feeling. You hurt me deep, I am goin' hurt you deep. I guess for her mission accomplished. Just walking away and leaving would never inflict pain to him to the level that she obviously was feeling. But cutting, no, shaving off a section of the locs... Wow!

I personally think that she responded to the situation in the wrong way. Some will lay hands regarding their hair, and could have physically hurt her. She should have just walked away from the relationship.
