I’m having trouble removing the blower motor on my 2012 C250. I removed the screw, disconnected the wires, and pulled the tab down and turned the motor but it doesn’t move at all no matter how hard I turn it, it feels like it’s stuck in place. Does anyone know why?

Sorry, it’s hard filming by myself and trying to make sure I record everything and also still work at a decent pace. Sometimes batteries die and the camera goes unnoticed until I sit down to edit a video

Hi Again Sir! I have found the diode packs, located at the Radio level, just behind, but they are very inaccesible, how can I check if they are OK or not? I am trying to collect clouds or something to solve the problem of my lights that does not move up or down with the headlight switch, only they work with retractor switch..

I just got a 240 a month ago and i was swapping out my rpm gauge and once i put everything back together i tested all the switches and my left one goes up but the right one is stuck like halfway, and then they wont go down at all. I feel like it would most likely be the motor, but im not sure. Any ideas? I have not troubleshot anything yet, but it started happening after messing with the switch
Doesn’t sound good. If they get stuck halfway then it’s a sign of the motor going out. Going up but not coming down is different sign. The combo switch might need to be cleaned
First of all, thank you very much for your quick response. I have the European version, but I assume it should work the same. When you turn on the lights with the switch, the headlights should go up by themselves, but they don't. They also don't go down by themselves when you turn off the light from the switch. The button that is used to raise and lower the lights works fine, so I can raise the headlights, but they should do so without pressing it, when turned on. The light switch is new, so that can't be the problem.
Hmm. That’s a tricky one. If you can read a wire diagram check continuity from the new switch to the relay it goes to. Make sure there’s not a short. I’ll have to see if it’s a different signal but if the headlights turn on then I think that is the only signal it needs to tell them to raise. I’m at work so I’ll try to figure it out later
Thank you very much for this video! In my case I have to raise the headlights with the button and lower them, they do not raise or lower themselves when turning the lights on and off. The controller is new so that shouldn't be the cause, what do you think is the most likely cause?
So if you lower them with the button and then turn the lights on with the combo switch, the lights turn on but don’t pop up? What do you mean by controller?

Yeah, unfortunately I left that out. But from experience, set the car level again and fill a few quarts. After about 2-3 quarts you should start checking the level while filling up a little at a time. The book says 6 quarts but we only got about 4 when it said full. I’m assuming there was still a bunch of fluid in there somewhere

Says 6 but we used about 4. Put a couple in and then check your dipstick and pour 1 more and check the dipstick

Could you tell me what is the numbering of spark plugs? I need to replace the third spark plug. Is the numbering 1-2-3-4 standing to the front of the vehicle??
The side where the belt and pulleys are is the front. It’s 1-2-3-4 from front to back. If I remember that engine correctly then it would be 1-2-3-4 left to right when you are looking at the engine
Hey man long shot but got anything for headlight fuse that go out instantly after turning them on ? Checked harness and it looks fine
There’s a short somewhere. Check your ground for power.
if I don't have the key turn on , tilting and folding works without problem, but if I turn the key on I can only tilt them but I can't fold them back and when I take the key out they fold back down I hope it's some kind of relay because I cleaned the lever and there was no problem

@@Boost-EdAutomotive Actually, there was a little bit of loose I'll check the contacts and tighten the ignition cylinder if that helps. :/

For what? I have a factory wiring diagram for the S10 and I have the chiltons manual for the 5.7 vortec. There is also a good page for the ecu pin out on the vortec.

Best bet is to always disconnect the battery before maintenance. I have a bad practice of never disconnecting it.

The spark plug socket is designed to hold the spark plug after you loosen it. You didn't need to fish the plugs out with pliers, they would have came right out with the spark plug socket. And you could have placed the plugs back in with the socket, it would hold the plugs as you lower the new ones back into place. You might consider making other videos 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Good observation! I had 3 different spark plug sockets but none the size of the skinny plugs the rogue has. I have plenty of other videos I’d like for you to watch and point out the instances of not having the best tools for every job!

This is stupid Reason 1 and 2 run the screamer pipe down or back into the dump pipe Reason 3 cheap split pipes leak Reason 4 is the same as reason 1 and 2 run it into back of the dump pipe then it won't be loud Reason is stupid too LOL
Screamer pipe is supposed to be loud. If you run it back down into your down pipe it is no longer a screamer pipe

What’s your idle at? Try to raise your idle a bit too if you can.

Good tutorial for me to troubleshoot. Inspecting my wires I had a broken wire. There is a four pin connector on the switch in the column. The four connector is the signal for the retract down relay. I know this video is old, but thanks.

Any chance of a video removing intake and taking out fuel injectors? P0471 code… I’ve taken EGR cooler and valve out and cleaned. Took out exhaust manifold and cleaned. Took off cat and cleaned. The only thing left I can think of is fuel injectors and / or blocked intake. But without a video to the Ioniq I’m a little hesitant as a new novice DIY mechanic! 😂 Any information / links would be greatly appreciated.

Check the down signal in the headlight that is not going down. Either it’s a break in the wire, bad relay for that headlight or motor is going out
Surprised why fuking dealers charge 20000% more .
I have never had much luck getting a battery tested at an autoparts store. They almost always tell me my battery is good, recharge it and then my problems all come back after a day or two. It only ever gets better when I buy a new battery. It's not even that they are lieing to get out of the warranty, ive had it happen as often with batteries out of warranty as with batteries in warranty.

What if car won’t start at all after new battery? Starter or alternator?
Likely would be the starter. Auto parts stores can test your battery and starter if you bring them the part. Saves you money on buying parts you don’t need. Check to see if you have any starter related fuses in your fuse box. Could be as simple as a fuse or relay.
