    Interesting about mushrooms acquiring Vit D under UVB light. Winter in Manchester UK is a bit grim so I do a couple of sessions a week on a tanning bed, as well as supplementing D3. Maybe next time I go to the tanning salon I will bring a big pack of mushrooms and spread them out next to me..😊

    The greatest source of quantum coherent water in biology is generated through apoptosis. The physics of hydroxyl radicals and the destruction of a cell into CO2 and H3O+ and OH-. Without the quantum connection to the vacuum of space within a primordial electron transport chain that obtains energy directly from the Planck field through the aromatic ring nm/s 3.17E-19 (2× elementary charge) we would be dependent on physical foods for energy, which is ineffective at generating living systems associated with temporal functionality in the biology of consciousness. There are systems that predate mitochondria for energy in biology.

    N=1 I have occasional gout it started in my toes now in my ankles. On the morning of day two, I fasted but consumed water, a couple aspirins, organic coffee and only had some chewable spirulina algae and chlorella tabs and wanted to see if my red light panel, a door hang LED by Bon Charge Max would relieve any pain thinking the mitochondria may boost lessening of my gout symptoms consisting of stinging crystals in the joint and barely able to walk. In the past this has lasted up to a week of being home bound. After I did my 10 min of red light rotating my body even opening my mouth to let photons in, I took a nap and woke up am hour later and my pain was gone by at least 20%! I remember when Dr. Hamblin said "a photon, is a photon is a photon." This video helped me understand the different wavelengths a bit more. I found myself staring at the sunrise in the am since watching this video. It would be nice to hear about the differences between LED red light vs. Incandescent Red (Farm and Food warming types) and the power and dose requirements for effectiveness. On the same vein, please consider covering infrared saunas (140 F) vs Finnish (175 F) and effectiveness. If infrared penetrates tissue deeper, is this better? Infrared is said to heat up the body from the inside out vs. outside in like the Finnish saunas. So basically, what method boots the mitochondria and improves heat shock proteins more?

    I am not finding 679 nm to be a peak wavelength used in photosynthesis, why did you state 679 nm? While it is within the range of wavelengths used, it is not "the" wavelength. 1. Photosynthesis Efficiency 679 nm is near but not at the absorption peak of chlorophyll a, which is ~662 nm but extends into this region. That said, red light, including 679 nm, is efficiently absorbed by chlorophyll and drives the light reactions of photosynthesis, where light energy is converted into chemical energy. 2. Photosystem II Activity Photosystem II (PSII), one of the core protein complexes in the light-dependent reactions, absorbs light most efficiently around this wavelength. Excitation of PSII helps initiate the splitting of water molecules and the release of oxygen. 3. Regulation of Flowering Red light, including 679 nm, influences the phytochrome system, which regulates flowering and other developmental processes. The phytochrome system has two interconvertible forms: Pr (inactive), which absorbs red light (around 660-680 nm) and converts to Pfr (active). Pfr regulates flowering, seed germination, and circadian rhythms. 4. Impact on Stomatal Regulation Red light also impacts stomatal opening indirectly by influencing photosynthetic activity, which affects CO₂ uptake and transpiration. While 679 nm isn't unique to a specific single plant process, it is part of the core red-light spectrum that drives critical processes in photosynthesis and development.

    Justin thanks for interesting interview. Ngunis evolved to also be selective browsers of shrubs and trees which has been a vital component in their ability to survive in the most challenging habitats. Here on our coastal South Cape Conservancy we have mixture of coastal thicket, forest, fynbos and grassland. I estimate that browsing provides approximately a third of their diet and they have done well over the last 16 years with minimum interventions.

      Thanks Gray. Yes, their ability to browse is quite remarkable. When grass is scarce or of a poorer quality, they’ll utilise browse to quite a large degree. We’ve got very few trees in our environment, but when given the chance, they’ll eat what they can reach, particularly during the dormant season.

    Your age group Roudy talks about ADHD and stuff we the X-gen never had. I had the first cell phones in 1995 at the age of 27. It took almost the same time for you to become broken as it took me at the age of 45. Now I know what my nerve breaking was. Neurasthenia. The OG neurasthenia, the one caused by electricity direct on life and not the erranously credited mental disorder diagnosis pictured by the corrupt west by one Sigmund *Fraud*eud payed by the copper industry to silece the discussion over man made electricity affecting biology. Problem for me was not bad light alone. It was the overexposure of man made EMFs' related to the avoidance of radiative forces raining down from the cosmos and transformed by the terran nature. Food was getting distroyed then too. I was a sugar and wheat consuming hedonistic addict. Not ADHD at all. Young people are the canaries in the coal mine to me. It is crazy how there are no normal children in the day care centers anymore, 75% of bees are gone. Life is dying and you can hear the cries of living organisms as the constant weak high pitch inside your head. It is the carrier wave of FM. The bone matter transforemed ultrasonic wave that any sensitive (carnivore or non seedoil sugar poisoned inner ear is capable of picking up). Connecting the dots, I have listeded to J.Kruse for ten years now. I did not believe him for eight years. This was due to the findings of keto and carnivore. Only when I discovered studies about protons by Petro Dobromylskyj, I made the connection to Jack's insight. Went back and used my semiconductor research knowledge.That is when I realized that the electron transport chain is quantum. Now I question even my own field physics and materials.     At about 7 min beta oxidation…… sugar/fat burning……oxidative phosphorylation/ketones….. 2 observation/question why does the average person have 2 main glycogen storage areas liver/skeletal muscle….storing about 500-700 grams of glucose….and Insulin is considered an anabolic hormone, while glucagon is considered a catabolic hormone; meaning insulin promotes building up of tissues and molecules, while glucagon breaks them down to release energy. Explanation: When blood sugar levels are high, insulin is released from the pancreas, signaling cells to take up glucose from the bloodstream, leading to storage of energy as glycogen in the liver and muscle tissue. Glucagon: When blood sugar levels drop, glucagon is released from the pancreas, prompting the liver to break down glycogen into glucose and release it back into the bloodstream. Key points: Anabolic: Promotes building up or synthesis of molecules. Catabolic: Promotes breakdown or degradation of molecules. No, beta-oxidation, the process of breaking down fatty acids to produce acetyl-CoA and energy, does not directly trigger stress hormones; Me question observation …( this is false the whole mechanism or trigger for fatty oxidation IS A PSYCHOLOGICAL RESPONSE TO STRESS=lack of glucose (glycogen deficiency) however, situations where beta-oxidation is significantly increased, like prolonged fasting or intense exercise, can lead to hormonal changes that include the release of stress hormones like cortisol, which then activate pathways like lipolysis to mobilize fatty acids for beta-oxidation to meet energy demands.     I’ve been practicing “sleep hygiene“ for a couple of years now and the most profound thing Ive found is that the total darkness everyone is recommending is NOT conducive to optimal rest for me. I found it disorienting, promoted dis-ease, and kind of alarming. A couple of years in, once I said “fuck it” and left my curtains open at night and was bathed in beautiful soft moonlight, I found peaceful gentle slumber. Moonlight is an integral part of our circadian rhythm for rest and sleep. I’m not talking about trying to sleep in the headlights of a full moon, but the soft reflected light as it gently illuminates the landscape outside. I live in the country so it’s purely moonlight I’m getting. My daughter who lives in the city also finds total darkness to not be restful. I don’t think humans have ever found total blackout to be optimal for anything but fear. Ps, I absolutely love this new area of health study, thank you very much for this very interesting and inspiring interview. 😊

    hi. Great Video. Some things I am unclear on. How much morning light is ideal? How much UVA should we aim for? The more is better is an obvious answer but is there a minimal dose we should aim for? Any advice on what to do in light polluted city, if you can't get out of it, in regards to evening natural evening light? Roudy is the second person to say that UVA is more important than morning light. I will listen with greater confidence to this advice and make sure to include in my routine. Thanks for all your work and for introducing us to such great guests.

      At least 15 to 20 minutes If you are in the city, wear high quality blue blockers like the Vivarays

    I had Optimal Health many year ago when I had a delivery job that required me to be up before sunrise and stay out all day until after sunset. I realized later that seeing the sun rise and set 5 days a week had had a very positive impact on my body and mind. I felt clear headed, physically healthy and emotionally balanced. This video is super helpful. Thanks so much.

    Max...when you get time...search google and NASA and Sunlight...Man-O-man...there they list the spectrum of Sunlight and the "elements" found in it...I was floored...Not even Uncle Jack mentioned this... Get a hold of that info Max.. It will set you apart even more... Lastly, how do minerals work? As cofactors how do mineral being part of enzymes work?...Max...why are they metals in the human body?
