Why do they even make up food allergies?!?!?! People like that are the reason people won't believe people who are actually allergic. My best friend is lactose intolerant and people test if they actually are, same with me and my musrooms and bellpepper allergies. The end is always the same 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩 and people still think we fake our allergies even after we ruined their new sofa or something.

I would give some money mainly for my own peace of mind, family relationships are complex, and you never know how you will respond emotionally when d3ath removes the even slimmest chance of closure. I have witnessed a very close family member who was not able to forgive their mother, and when the mother died, the guilt was impossible to handle. After 14 years, they haven't found peace.

So many people call her ta however he didn't gift her the necklace the credit card company did. He prolonged her not going to vacations, having to sacrifice eating out and generally worry about money. He betrayed thier financial goal of getting out of dept. Honestly accepting it gracefully and returning it the next day was a lot nicer than what I would have done to him. If he feels like he's not providing/feeling small and is willing to f* them over with dept to not feel like that than there's no future together.

'you should have known better than to have X around kids' may be a sensible reaction if something happens at like a kids party or a soft play center, or even possibly, at a stretch, if you leave something laying around the kids own home, but you can't use that logic at just ANY setting that kids are not specifically banned from, especially when it's actually someone else's wedding and the kid was just one of many guests, whereas the person who the kid accidentally damaged the clothes of was the BRIDE - one of the two people that the whole event was ABOUT! Also, you can't leave very small kids not properly supervised and think that's going to be ok. I have very young grandkids and if I had them in public then I would be helping them with things like carrying plates of food or anything else that would be likely to make a mess. They get to hold it themselves once they are safely sat down at a table where any mess (and there is nearly always mess with small children so anyone who acts surprised that their kid dropped something is just living in denial) is going to happen in a fairly contained space that we can easily clean up. If your kid damages something, even if it was an accident, then it IS your responsibility. That sucks but it's part of being a parent
