Half knowledge is more dangerous than no knowledge. Mutual funds have expense ratio which you can’t avoid, also you can’t switch between different fund houses like how you mentioned. You’ll have to withdraw all that money to your bank account and then reinvest to others. In this process you can’t avoid LTCG

Use these people for investment motivation but do not follow them blindly. Imagine if making 15 % was that easy.. why would banks lend money on 9%? Use your brain, maybe they have collaterals etc but point to think about.
