Bangkok is hands down better than Kuala Lumpur in terms of nightlife and entertainment. Kuala Lumpur is hands down better than Bangkok in terms of air quality and violence caused by alcohol, drugs, or guns. Singapore is hands down better than Malaysia in terms of cleanliness and public sector efficiency. Malaysia is hands down better than Singapore in terms of cost of living and living space.😊

Vietnam I've been to 15 times in the last 30+ years but it' almost impossible to get a long term visa there unless you have an employment contract... and it IS impossible to do banking in Vietnam now. Thailand is wonderful with great medical and the prices are similarly excellent. Banking and long term visas are easy as well. But I never considered Malasia until seeing this video... now I'll do some research.

Yes , there are always the positives & the negatives aspects in all countries in the world , so we just have to select the good ones & be wary of the bad ones! It is wise to change to a lighter , smaller backpack when exploring any city , bringing along a retractable umbrella in a plastic bag to shield from the elements ( Don't forget to dry it in the hotelroom ) , a pair of sun glasses , sun hat , a paper notebook with a pen in a ziploc to jot things down , a small insect repellent spray & insect bite numbing lotion , antibacteria hand gel , antibac wet tissues , a small bottle of mineral water & a spare phone & powerbank in case of any emergency would be handy! The Yeo's H-TWO-O or Coca Cola's 100Plus isotonic drink & pure coconut drinks are a good way to cool down the heatiness of the Tropical Climate!
