The following verses proves that Jesus Christ died for the sins of the entire world (All of humanity, both the believer and non-believer). It would not make sense for the verse in John 3:16 to say God so loved 'the world', if this only meant believers because if you look at how the phrase 'the world' is referenced in the other verses it is referring specifically to the non-believers. John 15:19 If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you. John 17:14-16 I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I do not ask You to take them out of the world, but to keep them from the evil one. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 1John 2:2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

If God is God, why did he let Satan come into the Garden? because God would be an unfair God if he gave us free choice, but then no choices so what choice did they have? God spoke to them, and if they didn’t hear anything else but God, what’s the point of free choice? That’s why he let the serpent in God says something, the serpent says something else, and they believe the serpent and choose to disobey God because God is Holy, they had to separate from God in sin and ever since there’s been a war and the war one day will end when every single person on the planet hears about Jesus has the same opportunity as Adam and Eve. The insanity of Calvinism is clearly told by RC. Sproul on answering a question on predestination, in short “…That God positively decrees and determines in advance those whom he will save namely the elect and in the same method he decrees the damnation of the sinner and that just as on the one hand he creates positively saving faith in the hearts of the elect he in an equally determined fashion creates fresh EVIL in the hearts of the reprobate to make sure they don’t come to BELIEVE “ James 1:13 Jeremiah 7:30-31 - “‘The people of Judah have DONE EVIL in my eyes, declares the Lord. They have set up their detestable idols in the house that bears my Name and have defiled it. They have built the high places of Topheth in the Valley of Ben Hinnom to burn their sons and daughters in the fire-SOMETHING I DID NOT COMMAND, NOR DID IT ENTER MY MIND. James 1:13 “Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am being tempted by God," for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one”. Genesis 6:6 debunks Calvinism's false teaching that He "predestined" everything including the fall of man, sin, and evil. Calvinists also believe that God created man and then INTENTIONALLY predestined his fall and predestined sin and evil. If that is true, then it makes no logical sense for God to feel regret and be deeply troubled afterwards. Hence, the errant belief that God predestined the fall of man is debunked and blown out of the water. Genesis 6:6 - The Lord REGRETTED that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was DEEPLY TROUBLED. If YOU create something and then intentionally engineer it for FAILURE, THEN YOU SHOULD NOT BE FEELING REGRET AND BE TROUBLED AFTERWARDS. Jeremiah 7:30-31 - “‘The people of Judah have DONE EVIL in my eyes, declares the Lord. They have set up their detestable idols in the house that bears my Name and have defiled it. They have built the high places of Topheth in the Valley of Ben Hinnom to burn their sons and daughters in the fire-SOMETHING I DID NOT COMMAND, NOR DID IT ENTER MY MIND The Bible teaches John 3:16, NOT "John Calvin 3:16".

Dr Sproul gets a lot of theological matters sorted out rightly-this is not one of them. Christ draws all to Himself by being lifted up. This, and the other means provided by God (Scripture, external means, Holy Spirit) is that act upon us. It is determinism and a Calvinistic systematic that requires human will to be spiritually bound to a degree of incapability, not God or His Word.

In asking for proof of the existence of God, in the very questions lies the answer. Ask your self what is it about a proof that makes it so great? A proof is great becouse it does not depend on the time, place or person that gives it. A proof exist even if it has never been spoken. Therefore where do they exist and were they created? If you believe proofs were not created then you believe the proofs are eternal. So then the proofs are your God. If you believe the proofs have a creator then that creator is God. PS:It takes a mind/intelligence to understand a proof so can a proofs exist with no Mind or is a Mind essential for the existence of proof?

"Thoughts" and The concept of God Usage of the word "Thought" in this post is taken to mean anything that is part of a humans conscious experience. Under this definition a sound heard is a thought as much the thoughts going to solve a mathematical puzzle. Based on the above definition it can be said that all of humanities knowledge consist of "thoughts". For anything to be known by a human it must become a "thought". In the context of such a definition of "thoughts" The set of all "thoughts" would fit the concept of God. If you accept Mathematical Platonism then God would exist The concept of God entails a single entity that has the following properties Wisdom: The set of all thoughts will contain the perfect answer to every possible question Infinitude: The set of all thoughts will have an infinite amount of thoughts Sovereignty: There can be no thought that is not an element of the set of thoughts Omniscience:The set of all thought is all knowing as it contains all thoughts.

Following Rene Descartes meditation Category 1: Minds I exist and I am a mind. Therefore Minds exist. Category 2: Matter I have feelings. These feelings originate from sensors in what I call my body. The sensors are receptive to stimulation from events created from within my body and from events created from outside my body. The stuff that bring about these events I shall categorise as matter. Thus my body is also made of matter. Therefore Matter exists. Category 3: Space My body needs space and matter in general needs space. Matter can exist only in space. Therefore space must exist. Category 4: Time My body needs time to change and matter in general needs time for change. Matter can change only in time. Therefore time must exist. From the above observation I conclude that these 4 categories permeate each other and exist equally with none more abstract or less abstract than another. Now to the question of the origin of these categories Could it be that any one or more of these categories can be made from any one or more of the remaining categories? Could these categories transform from one to another? Matter needs space and time for its existence, therefore without space and time matter will not exist as such matter could not have been the origin of space and time. From physics it has been observed that space and time can give rise to matter spontaneously. As such matter maybe a result of a localised change to space and time. So then could space and time be the origin of everything else? Again from the theory of the Big Bang all space, time and matter originated from this singular event. Therefore space and time could not alone have brought about the other categories. Since the big bang was an event, could it be that all things are made from events? Where there is space, time and matter there is always an event. There can be no space , time or matter without events. In an instant all of space and the matter is nothing more or nothing less than a set of events. So then space, time and matter is one and the same as a set of simultaneous events from one instant to the next. From this observation the 4 categories can be reduced to 2 categories Category 1 : Minds Category 2 : Events Now then can minds exist without events. We know that simultaneous events give rise to feeling in minds. We know from special relativity simultaneous events cannot give rise to anything physical or material. Therefore feelings cannot be physical or material. Now as feelings are a part of minds we must conclude minds are not physical. Now can the mind exist without feelings OR does feelings create the mind, that is one and the same as the mind? If feeling create the mind then as feelings are created by events then space, time and matter which we have concluded is the same as events, must also have feeling and thus be one and the same as a mind. Thus we would need to conclude a rock has a mind or is part of a mind to the same extent that my brain is a mind or is part of a mind. This conclusion is not palatable as such let’s consider the OTHER alternative Now if a mind can exist without feeling then we also know that the mind can create events. (e.g throw a rock, move a finger) So then given that the mind can create events then the big bang (The Event) could have originated from The Mind in order to evoke feelings in other minds. These other minds may have also been created by The Mind. philpapers.org/rec/DESCAS www.jcer.com/index.php/jcj/article/view/1020/0

To those thinking sproul did not answer the question, please take a moment to think more about the relationship of our free will and His sovereignty. Take as an example the rise and fall of empires. Israel was rebellious and idolatrous and it says God raised up Babylon to oppress them. Yet He didn’t cause them to sin, He permitted their sinful ambitions on oppressing and conquering other peoples to prosper in order to judge Israel for such sins. He then later let Alexander’s ambitions of conquest to judge those who wrongfully oppressed Israel (who was bablyon). Alexander spared Israel… Michelangelo painted the depiction of him arriving in Jerusalem. I believe God works out His sovereignty through our choices, and when He sees fit, He overrides our decisions by our external circumstances. But He is still in control of the final end of all things, but at the same time we are held responsible for our decisions. The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away, nothing that comes to pass happens without His permission or Him ordaining it. He permitted/ ordained that Adam and Eve would be allowed to choose to sin. We cannot know the exact reasons for His choosing of His will but we can be absolutely confident that His plan and purposes are good. Perhaps He permitted mankind to fall into and choose to be sinful so He could display the greatest act of love that could possibly be displayed. He displayed His glory and His character in its full measure by offering Himself for our ransom to those who came to faith (the elect) And for those of us who have come to faith would have never come to faith if it wasn’t for the work of the spirit in our hearts as an act of grace that we did not deserve… the subject of our salvation is a divine paradox… we could never believe without the Holy Spirit regenerating our hearts through faith. Yet we are responsible for our sin

The whole point of this exercise is when all is said and done, our Lord did not tyrannically force anyone to serve Him. He gave both the spiritual and earthly realm a choice. Serve Him and receive immortality, oppose Him and time expires. What one does with that time matters and is to His discretion as the Creator. Pride or humility are the choices in a nutshell

What happened after Jesus gave his life? The world is exactly the same and probably worse off. After the Christian church was formed, virtually every war involving Christians had a religious origin. For example, the 30 Years War (1618) waged Catholic Christians against Protestant Christians and was the bloodiest war in history until WWII. The Christians in that war fought to determine who interpreted the Bible correctly. 8 million people died, and >50% of all Germans. You could even say, "Because of Jesus, people sinned even more."

He unfortunately has brain damage now from being run over by my other friend after a fight. Both smoke heroine. He is now doing 15 years. God protects us and provides for us. He really can just take his hand off and just let people live how they wants and hand them over to real darkness, that they chose to love. I plead with you, do not mock God. He loves you and has died for you. If you want to totally reject him and mock him, your on your own and Satan will sweep you into hell and ruin your whole life. My friend is now brain dead because he loved Satan and his tricks and hated God.

The philosophy that God is a capricious god who only loves select people and only died for them is a false gospel and another Jesus; another gospel, and another Spirit. 1 John 2:2 all by itself denies limited atonement; and the false philosophy of Augustinian Gnostic influenced Calvinism.

This guy is making wrong assumptions and quoting the wrong scriptures. When the scriptures talk about "all" being saved, the context is used in two ways, namely; "all" of humanity and "all" of the chosen ones (the elect) who were predestined before the beginning of time. So, "all" of humanity is divided into "all" the elect and "all" of the non-elect. Clearly, not everyone will be saved, otherwise we would all go to heaven and there would be no hell, which we know is not true. Revelations talks about the Day of Judgement and those who did not believe are thrown into the Lake of Fire (hell). The chosen are called by Christ and those who hear will respond and believe through the grace that God gives them in His sufficiency. Romans 8:30 - "And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified". So, only the chosen ones who God foreknew before the beginning of time will be saved. Only the chosen ones are called, justified and glorified.

You misinterpret most of those verses. You are also starting at the wrong question. The first thing you need to ask is, what did Jesus accomplish on the cross by His death? Then go back and ask yourself did he accomplish it for each and every person? You will see that that can't be true.

He died to save all who will repent and believe the gospel. These are the elect chosen by God before the foundation of the World. The “all” is referring to both Jew and Gentile but not all people. Christianity is not Universalism! Remember God would be just to send us all to Eternal damnation but he is rich in mercy and gives grace and mercy to whom he chooses. Does this make him unjust? Not at all. It is amazing grace for a reason, because not one of us deserves it!!!🙏❤️.

Believe what? That Christ died for their sins? How can they believe if they don’t know for sure that he did? Paul says in Romans how can someone believe if they have not heard. If Christ didn’t die for everyone then without personal revelation no one would be able to know for sure that he died for them. So are you saying that one needs extra biblical revelation to discern whether Christ died for them? Thankfully God has not left us in the dark on this matter Christ is the propitiation for the sins of the world as the Bible so plainly tells us. Scripture alone is sufficient for any man to know that Christ died for them because when God says in his word in the book of Hebrews that Christ “ tasted death for every man” God is not being deceptive but means exactly what he says in His Word.

What folks need to understand here is that Universal Atonement DOES NOT mean Universalism. Why? Because 2 Peter 2:1 tells us that there are folks who are “denying the Sovereign Lord who bought them.” Everyone in hell right now (from after the Resurrection), is there because Jesus DID die for them, but they refused the Atonement provided and spat in His face. No one post-Resurrection goes to hell for a lack of Atonement. They go there because there is an Atonement provided for them, but they refused it. Everyone in hell is someone for whom Christ died, because they kicked aside the freely offered gift of life rather than receive it.

Why God Made Adam the Way He Did From a sermon by Elder Mike Ivey entitled-‘The Glory of God’ “Adam was the last free moral agent that will ever walk the earth. Adam was free to obey or else disobey God. There are some folks who say that the reason why God made Adam that way is so he [Adam] would disobey so that God could save us from our sins. But the reality is that He did that because there was more potential for greater glory in Adam than in anything else God created. You see, a rock cannot disobey because it can’t do anything but be a rock. Even the animals could only act within their nature and therefore were not free moral agents. But think for a minute that obedience is the moral underpinning by which God receives glory based on goodness that proceeds from obedience. If there is potential for disobedience then the glory that is produced is produced within that potential for disobedience. That is to say God received more glory from the obedience of man that could disobey than He could from a rock that cannot disobey. So God’s purpose in giving man a free will was not to set him up for failure but to give him an opportunity to glorify God in obedience in the environment of potential disobedience.”

Apparently you never paid attention to what the word "propitiation" actually means… It means appeased or satisfied...Jesus appeased God's wrath against humanity for the punishment of sin. Whole world is referring to everybody without distinction, everybody out of every tribe, tongue, and nation, not everyone without exception...If Whole world means everybody whoever lived than everybody whoever lived would be in heaven. If God sends 1 sinner to Hell after the Bibles claims God is satisfied by what his Son did to cover the sin debt he demands against humanity then he apparently isn't satisfied or appeased anymore. And if thats your belief then James White is absolutely correct, you believe Jesus only made humanity savable but in reality his death only provided potential atonement and not an actual atonement, thats as heretical as it gets.

For the ones that say yes to Jesus, by obeying what he established and ordained with His Apostles. Jesus established with His Apostles baptism, confession and Eucharist. Jonh 6 53:54. Then Jesus said unto them verly, verly I say unto you except you eat the flesh of the son of man and drink His blood ye have no life in you. 54 whose eateth my flesh and drinketh my blood hath eternal life and I will raise him up at the last day . St Paul also said if we drink from the cup in an anwordly manner we will condemme our soul. Means to recive Jesus in Eucharist we must prepare first by getting rid of sin. That is why Jesus ordained the sacrament of confession with His Apostles. This pastors that took a bible from catholic church and made thousands of counterfeit denominations, are the wolves in sheep clothing.

Yes there's a 100 verses that prove God does everything in the Salvation process including choosing those who will be saved from the foundation of the world etc. But you cannot ignore the verses maybe 20 that say man must RECEIVE the gift, must ACCEPT the gift. Why do some Cults do the same thing...., they like these verses yet they ignore the others. Very dangerous practice and reformed theology skirts along the sidelines of that danger.

There is so much wrong with what he says here. Let's just look at the verses James White points out and the fact that he is not understanding these particular scriptures. 0:30 he is ABLE to save. How can you skip such a critical word such as ABLE? 0:50 he has perfected those who are BEING SANCTIFIED. Those who ARE ALREADY SAVED !! How can he miss this ?He's not talking about the unsaved there, those who are being Sanctified are those who are saved. 1:40 of course he's making intercession because he wishes that all would come to repentance. He's Gathering the chicks as a hen but they were not willing etc. Besides, he wouldn't have to make intercession if these elect or chosen folks were already saved. Why make intercession LOL it's already done before the foundation of the world LOL.
