    Ciao Michela, el proceso de amasado es posible hacerlo en la planetaria? Qué tiempos aconsejas para ello? Si no podemos garantizar las horas en 18-20º, en el frigorífico por 24h sería lo equivalente,?? Graccie!!

    Non ce penso proprio a fare un'impasto per pizza piccante casomai il piccante sarà il condimento. Impasto tradizionale pomodoro,salame piccante a fettine non troppo fine e in uscita ndujia a volonta e el centro un uovo ripasso un pochino in forno tanto da far cuocere l'albume e impiatyo con filo di olio piccante❤

    The dough came out beautiful! You could tell how creamy it looked. Also, I thought after and hour it would have looked bigger meaning the fermenting process was working, But maybe you just couldn’t see that. I think the reason that the dough didn’t stick to your hands is due to the glutens had been well hydrated and worked.

    Perfettamente d’accordo col fatto del cornicione….per me quando tagli la fetta di pizza non si deve piegare con la relativa caduta dei condimenti cioè al centro l’impasto stra sottilissimo e poi il cornicione mega gonfio gigante..
